From the Nekron border, several Monolith-class Missle Cruisers began to awake. Commanded by the High Phaeron, they went to country of El Bondel to wreak havoc on the country's navy. The Monoliths were the mainstay of the Nekron's navy, and carried several tons of Guided Missles. From Nanothermite to Scarab-carrying pods, the missiles could be varied in any fashion possible, for any mission. These ones here were equipped with Thresher Missiles, the standard high-explosive guided missiles, and Scrambler Scarab Pods, carrying 5 Scramble Scarabs each. Scramble Scarabs were the standard Scarab drone, outfitted with radio scramblers, transmitter blockers, and one NNEMP generator. The Monoliths were followed by five Pylon-class Transports carrying 5 Phalanxes of Nekron Warriors each, and Tomb Stalker-class Destroyers, which were there to distract fire and deliver their own punishing blows via Thresher Missiles and 70-mm Autocannons. A Night Blade went up into the sky, carrying seven Flayed Ones to cause confusion and inflict psychological damage among the human citizens.

The 'Trenches'

"Sir, trenches are almost complete. The slaves worked harder then expected." a Lieutenant reported to the General overlooking the preparations for total war. Everywhere pony slaves could be seen digging trenches, those that slacked, instantly where reminded of their place by a painfull beating by a group of soldiers. "Good, dispose of the slaves once the defenses are ready. Then order our men to stand ready." the General replied. The Lieutenant ordered some troops over the radio, and in the distance they could see some troops already receiving the commands. Those troops then grabbed the ponies and dragged them to a large hole several hundred meters in front of the trenches. Where they shot the ponies and threw them in the crater, leaving them as a 'gift' for the attackers. The entire hole was filled with dead bodies, and it seemed as if the soil itself was now made out of the remains of ponies. Their eyes still seemingly looking at the soldiers that walked back to the trenches to take their positions.

It was in the dead of night, the fleet rested in the blue waters of the Bondel Sea. The fleet was comprised of 2 Bondel Superclass Aircraft Carriers, each holding 400 Lockheed F-35's, along with 50 total long range bombers that have bombs capable of crippling a aircraft carrier of any size. Stationed with the supercarriers, where 5 Heavily armored U-Class battleships, each armed with 10 M198 howitzer's that have enough fire power in 2 rounds to completely destroy a large missile frigate. Riding along the fleet where 5 very large Amphibious Missile Cruisers armed with 15 RGM-84 Harpoon Missiles that have the power to travel long distances, with automatic targeting to reach it's target and totally destroy it. The fleet was not only designed to scare the enemy but destroy the enemy in one swift movement.

Fleet Admiral Frank Backio, was in charge of all operations of Bravo Fleet, he was standing on the command deck when a feed came from Bondel high command threw the Automatic Transmitter. "Whats that?" The admiral asked looking at the feed coming threw to a troopers desk. The trooper read the feed then looked at the admiral and said "Sir, we're ordered to intercept a fleet coming from Arkania 5, there fucking hauling, sir."

The Admiral looked into the distance then quickly sprang into action, "Commander, order battle stations, tell the fleet to go into blockade mode." As soon as the admiral said that, the quiet sea that was once dead at night was filled with the sound of alarms and a person screaming "Battle Stations" and the darkness was filled with red lights from the decks of the ships. The Ships where prepared for anything and everything!

EMBARGOES AGAINST THE CAPITALIST PROTECTION GUILD

The region of the Union of Epic Nations (henceforth known as the UEN) hereby halts all traffic and trade travelling between the UEN and the region of the Capitalist Protection Guild (henceforth known as the CPG), and places economical, militaristic and diplomatic embargoes upon the CPG; these sanctions have been deemed necessary and appropriate by the authoritative bodies residing within the UEN. The CPG has been deemed a continuation of the Democratic Legislation, allowing the legality of this document to stand and retain its principles.

These embargoes have been brought upon the CPG for the following reasons:

On the 20th of April, the Imperial Empire of El Bondel ejected the Republic of the UEN Diplomat II from the Democratic Legislation for reasons unbeknownst to the UEN. This abrupt disconnection of diplomatic communications between the UEN and the Democratic Legislation startled the Cabinet and many of the members, seeing as El Bondel was a former member of the UEN. El Bondel did, however, leave with a large grudge to the administration at the time for allowing previous enemies (Comrade Commisar and the GEIJD) to place member nations into the region. Expressing his discontent towards the region on multiple occasions, the ejecting and banment of the diplomatic envoy to the Democratic Legislation sent the UEN into a large flurry to find out what was going on.

Not only this, but El Bondel refused to communicate with the UEN Secretary of Foreign Affairs to resolve whatever problem(s) may have existed. When asked if he was planning war, he stated he was not liable to comment. He failed to show any interest in righting things with the UEN, and as such we have surmised that he has negative, and or even hostile, intent towards the sanctity and sovereignty of the UEN.

Not only to the aforementioned points, but to the massive genocide currently taking place within the Empire of El Bondel. Pony citizens have, without trial or communication, been sent to labor camps around the country. Not only is this an act of hostile intent towards the sapient population residing in El Bondel, its government claims it is killing those who wish to commit genocides, when it is rounding up all pony citizens within the country. This is the beginning of a genocide to quell a rebellion, and it will not be tolerated by any member of the UEN.

The UEN would like to stress that this is not a declaration of war towards the Imperial Empire of El Bondel or its allied nations within the CPG, but rather an embargo on all goods - monetary, resources, and goods of all sorts. All El Bondel citizens residing within the UEN have had their assets seized, and have received orders to depart the region for their native homeland.

It is also a demand that all El Bondel military personnel and equipment immediately begin to withdraw back to El Bondel. You have 24 hours to begin withdrawing or a state of war between the UEN and the CPG will be declared for the invasion of UEN sovereignty.

Firstly,

I believe it was expressly stated within the CPG Embargo Act of 2012 that it was not a declaration of war. We did, however, demand that El Bondel troops be removed from their garrisons within Aquitayne and Mesoland specifically, left from the Great War and the Nuclear Meltdown. These troops are serving no purpose towards Aquitayne or Mesoland's personal national interests, and as there is no longer a diplomatic envoy between regions, and as how the President of the UEN has been banned from what was formerly the CPG's Off-site Forum, we no longer see it fit to allow these troops to remain on UEN soil.

Secondly,

The sanctions placed against El Bondel and the CPG as a whole are warranted and will not be lifted. We see no reason why the CPG and their President - that of whom represents the region to the outside world, the very same who has committed atrocities in the realms of sapient and humanitarian rights - deserve to be allowed to continue trading with the UEN. We suggest you tread carefully.

Inside of the aircraft, adequate preperations had been made to accomodate the hopeful passengers of the vessel; while the Avatarian Republics was unfamilair with the needs of ponies as a sapient race, they had extensive knowledges of the non-sapient horses which roamed Gyatso-kai and had been used as transportation for thousands of years, even before the advent of the Satomobile a hundred years ago.

Cutup could see his Sergeant, CS-12-0988 --- known as 'Eights' to his brothers --- looking to his datapad, before he placed his helmet on and stood motionless. As a clone, Cutup knew all too well that when a helmet was on and you were motionless, it meant you were getting orders, and as such, Cutup pulled his helmet off the hook on his back and popped it onto his head. A brief hsss signalled the helmet had sealed, and the flash of icons coming to life inside showed him he was correct.

In the top right corner, a red and yellow icon was flashing most vigourously. It was an icon every clone knew by heart, one they always activated.

Cutup could hear the sudden shift of bodies everywhere as all of the orders had been received at the same time. Those men who were sleeping in their crafts were suddenly awake, moving to secure the ships for flight. Pre-flight checks were already being performed on Freedom's Spear --- the C-5 Cutup was on-board --- and as Cutup cut out of the plane's comm frequency, he patched into Eights.

"Sir? Orders?"

Eights spun around, a vision of sirene to those whou did not know the tell-tale signs every clone depended upon to survive in a sea of similiarness. "We are moving out," Eights said with a faint click of his back teeth. Stress. "El Bondel has accepted our offer and we have already relayed them the funds."

"How many ponies, sir?" spoke Droidbait as he descended from the cockpit.

"At present count, 5,927,821..." The number seemed to stop Eights as he did some quick mental math. "As it stands, this fleet can only transport about two-thousand in the C-31's and another two-hundred in between the three C-5's."

"So... About twenty-three-hundred ponies in the first wave? Not bad," spoke Cutup as he moved towards the side of the C-5. The plane was already in motion, moving into the taxi lane of the airfield. He could feel the vibrations from the engines as they began to reach speed. Soon, the plane was rolling forward, gaining speed more and more as the plane shook more and more.

"And the others?"

"The others will be moved to the airfield we will be going to. While we are in flight, RepCom will likely begin deploying the neccesary naval vessels to begin to transport these ponies."

"But that will take weeks... months, even," spoke Droidbait, his voice jaring as the plane lifted off. Had it not been for the helmet audio systems, none of these men would have been able to communicate over the noise. The Republic of Borschia has been watching with guarded interest the goings-on in the Aristocratic Hegemony of Khornera, and their continued struggle to ensure justice is dealt in the case of the pony anarchists caught committing crimes of grave offence in the Grand Federal Republic of Bondel.

However, the Constitutional Dictatorship of Socialist Provinces, following the example set forth by the militaristic and undiplomatic approach of the Greater Pony Herd, not only branded these nations as 'genocidal' and 'no longer recognized as human nations', but declared war on Khornera. In lieu of previous arrangements with Bondel and Khornera, the Republic of Borschia henceforth declares that it is at a state of war with the Constitutional Dictatorship of Socialist Provinces and their allies until the following conditions are met:

• recompensation given for damages incurred by Khornera and her allies
• acknowledgement of the sovereignty of Bondel and Khornera, especially over domestic criminal procedure
• a formal apology to Khornera and her allies for the blatantly offensive terms used in their communications

To repeat ourselves, the Republic of Borschia is at a state of war with the Constitutional Dictatorship of Socialist Provinces. The Ministry of War Borschia has authorized the use of lethal force in the defense of Khornera and her borders against CDSP forces. Regrettably, we must also inform allies of Socialist Provinces or those who share their militaristic, discriminatory, and illogical ideals that further aggression will be met with aggression.

Unlike the aggressors in this conflict, the Republic of Borschia pledges to uphold the intrinsic rights of prisoners of war or civilians during this conflict. We sincerely hope that your heathen pony gods take pity on your miserable genocidal, warmongering hides, for we will not.
