I'm massively surprised there isn't. Although, I have known a lot of people self style as Socialist who really weren't. c.f. certain members of the UK "Labour" party. I used to refuse to describe myself as Socialist.

For the record, I'm probably a Democratic Socialist after the Irish/Scottish tradition.

Can we stop this habit of writing in really tiny writing? It's not clever and it's not funny. Some of us are short-sighted, and find it really difficult to read. Please? Thank you!

I tend towards non-permissiveness on both the social and economic axis, usually. I used to be far more liberal with regards to the economic axis.

Even though Political Compass says I'm left-leaning, I think I'm pretty much an Independent. I would say I'm left-leaning when it comes to the economy, but when things like immigration, abortion, gay marriage come up I'm conservative on those. Guns and death penalty I'm centrist on, but mostly against guns, I guess you could call me a conservative democrat.
