To the Esteemed Artisans and Craftsmen of Aerospace Logistics,

Due to the current turbulent nature of international politics within Tyrrhenia, as well as the comparable lack of quality in our current missile systems, it has become necessary that we, of the Scientific Empire of Ascelonia, seek to procure more advanced weaponry for the defense and protection of our homeland, our people, and our future posterity. We hereby declare our intent to purchase the full domestic production rights package for all series, future models, and custom designs for the substantial sum of four hundred and fifty billion dollars transferable immediately upon the acceptance of our order. Of course, the money shall be wired upon request from the Imperial Treasury to a bank account of your choosing.

Furthermore, we are interested in how we can adjust our current guidance and launch systems to accommodate these new missiles. Ascelonian Armed Forces would also need to know how we our engineers and technicians can repair and maintain stockpiles of these missiles. Last, but not least, we would like to inquire as to whether this is all included in the cost of obtaining domestic production rights.

In addition to this order, Emperor Friedrich Leopold II would wish to request a miniature model of the MLSS-21-500 to place on his desk in his study scaled down by a factor of sixty for his personal collection. Leopold is willing to cover the cost of this purchase out of his own pocket. Your request has been received and accepted.

For adjusting the guidance and launch systems, the following will be required:
* The control systems of MLSS-21 use the RSL interface, compatible with Ethernet-based networks such as AFDX. The communication box is modular, and can be equipped with a MIL-STD-1760 power and data converter for older aircraft and launch platforms.
* Hot launch is normally performed. The missile uses an integral rocket engine, and does not require a separate booster. All hot-launch systems of sufficient size can be equipped with appropriate PTFE-face spacer rings to hold the missile. In cold-launch systems, a base adapter also needs to be fitted. Both parts are easily manufactured to required specifications.

We'll provide full production rights to the current and future models, and any service requested. The transfer of design data and necessary technologies has already started. Specialists required to prepare the facilities and equipment, train personnel and establish production will arrive as soon as you clear the landing permissions for our transport aircraft. This is included in the cost.

Should you require an adaptation of MLSS-21 to a specific non-standard launch system, or a special variant, feel free to contact us at any time, and it will be completed as soon as possible.

1000L will deliver approx. 12 tons of TNT eq., far less than 800N.
