Good news, I've moved out to my own place and will have more time... but I'm still round 3 hrs ahead of everyone else....

Congratz to the mini Rhinara on the way! I hope you'll have some time once in a while but don't sweat it- I've been rather absent myself and been deciding how to solve that problem and get this back up to speed.

Anyway, currently reading The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss and there's a character in there named Chronicler. Makes me think of Kitab. Too bad he CTE'd.

LOL I've listened to the audiobook of the 1st two books of that series and I dont think the 3rd one is out yet. But yeah, I remember when I first heard the name and I thought of Kitab too.

Has the little poo-factory been born yet? If so, how's fatherhood coming along? Is it as stressful as I've been told?

Yup, born on July 30th. You know how they all tell you to expect lack of sleep, and how you might be all "yeah, I know, newborn = no sleep, I get it." Well, you don't truly get it until you experience it firsthand. I love the little guy like crazy, but nighttime can be trying. And when he's finally quiet, you're worrying about whether he's still breathing or not.

D'awww Rhinara and Rhinara Jr. So, some months later, any updates? It's getting close to his 1st birthday!

Also, I don't blame anyone for not wanting to jump back into things, but I am slowly slowly slowly getting myself ready to continue with this. Not saying to expect a post within the next few weeks - just want to let ya'll know I am not done with this, whether it's just me and two others or everyone is back!

It's hard to say at this point. I'll need to figure out where we left off and figure out where to go from there (I think I left off interacting with a now Ex-Nation) and then I'll need a moment to get the post up! Aside from that, I'd like an idea of who I got here.

Maybe 2-3 weeks but it could be earlier depending on the players! If you're interested, Aurora, I wouldn't mind another RPer!

Kiddo is crawling all over the place and has broken a lamp already (I knew he was going to break something some time; was hoping it wouldn't be so soon). He's a cute little sucker, though.

I unfortunately don't think I'll be able to rejoin. Work gets busier and I have absolutely no free time at home now.
