Please note that Sheikh al-Wahhab has over 10 million loyal followers in my country, making up about a quarter of my nation's population of 40 million, and since my country has no real government and is an Anarchy, he and his followers have been free to do whatever they want, including construction of terrorist training camps and imposing Sharia law on parts of the country that they control. Here is the message from our top Islamic cleric, which he told me I had to deliver to the Security Council or else he would have me killed:

Anthony Delasanta DID kill 100 million Muslims, and over a million of the victims of this genocide were citizens of my own country of Subgeniustan who were visiting his country on a pilgrimage to a sacred mosque located in his country. If "Condemn Anthony Delasanta" is repealed, I will declare a Holy Jihad against all the nations who voted to repeal this legislation, in the name of the prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. So, if "Condemn Anthony Delasanta" is repealed, 10 million of my country's citizens will become mobilized by their religious leader to carry out terrorist attacks against every single nation that votes in favor of this repeal, and ESPECIALLY the ones who argue in favor of it in this thread. And since the form of government of Subgeniustan is Anarchy, I am afraid there is no governmental authority in our nation powerful enough to prevent this. Therefore, I again would like to urge everyone to vote NO on this repeal. In fact, Sheikh al-Wahhab has told me personally that if my diplomacy fails on this effort and this Security Council resolution passes, he will have both me and my family killed. So please, if you don't want to see me and my family murdered, and don't want massive suicide bombings destroying your nations, vote "NO"! I am begging you! I did it! I killed Sheikh Ahmed bin Hussein al-Wahhab, the terrorist leader who threatened to attack all of you! Now you will all be safe! I didn't know I had it in me... but that monster had to be stopped. I had a meeting with him right after I conveyed that message of his to the Security Council, and while his compound does have metal detectors and security guards, I blew that place up using plastic explosives that I planted there and remotely detonated right after I left, killing him and all of his top lieutenants. My commando training in the Subgeniustan army back when we had a government and a strong military really came in handy.

Anyway, nobody has to worry about him anymore. As for his followers, they were so amazed by my daring attack that they all worship me now. Now that I have 10 million loyal followers, I have ended Sharia law and shut down the terrorist training camps, and I will be setting up a new government and ending this state of Anarchy. I just wanted to let everyone know that things are fine now and they can vote however they wish on this resolution, now that I am in control of my country and the leaders of the terrorists are all dead. It turns out his 10 million followers are quite easily swayed, and what impresses them most is power. And now I have all the power in my country, the power to rebuild and form a new government. Viva la revolucion!

Now please feel free to vote however you wish on this resolution. All that matters now is that we finally have peace and security.

I do believe that this is a rightful repeal, as Anthony Delasanta's plotlines and characters from the threads cited tend to possess a quality rather below the likes of, say, Milograd. That said, I shall oppose this on an entirely in-character basis. In fact, Anthony Delasanta may soon find his military under a rain of shells from Luciri battaries and, possibly, dealing with a legitimately declared jihad considering his oppression of Muslims and Jews alike. Of course, I would prefer him to improve his writing substantially before this occurs... Anyhow, on to "business".

OOC: If we want to condemn bad actions explained with good roleplay, then we use a Condemnation. If we want to condemn bad roleplay, we simply pip them in-thread but out-of-character. This is an example of the latter, so a condemnation is overkill.
