I've noticed that some regions are very late updating. Not entirely sure if it's related.

Update wasn't necessarily the problem, but it was a casualty of the reboot.

About 55% of nations / regions were updated before it was shut down. It's not being restarted. If you missed your second daily issue or anything WA related, that's why.

Major update should run at the usual time, about 6 hours from now.

It's been well over 12 hours since my last issue was passed, and even when it was passed, it passed about 2 1/2 hours after the normal time! (2 for me; this one came into act around 4:30)
My friend says her Nation is just fine and her issues are acting normally, whereas mine won't load.
