[Greater Invaria]

Chancellor Jonas Luka sat in his dark corridor alone, finger on his lips silently drinking a cup of tea and gazing over the skyline of Carvin. The elderly man, who was now in his late seventies had ruled Greater Invaria for more than four decades by now, and although growing weary, his authority remained absolute and untouched. Pondering the happenings within Invaria, he picked up the gold leafed blade passed from one chancellor to the next for the past two hundred years and sliced open the daily personal news letter the man received on the country. Skimming through he could see the military numbers had grown, good news he thought to himself as he sipped lightly on the tea. Skimming further on, to his displeasure he saw that the drug war in the south was continuing to fail.

Looking it over, and slipping his reading glasses over his eyes, he glared down at the article. Viewing the possible solutions to the problem, he could see no other. He began to write the communique to the military, as well as the nation explaining what he was about to do, brutal it would seem to many, but effective it should turn out to be.

The three mighty carriers, lead by the BNS Revolution, probably had more aircraft then the entire Invarian Air Force. Standing at the Fleet Bridge of the Revolution was Admiral Cullen. He looked across his fleet, the biggest in Bavinese history, and smiled inside. As his binoculars swept across the amphibs, he reflected on the good fortune that resulted in his gaining of this command. This would be a good war.

However, in our humble opinion, it appears you are in need of aid. Step 5) Sit back and watch.

Big words coming from a nation of 12 million currently known as a "Left-Leaning College State." Your "military" is probably comprised of latte-wielding yuppies. Also your strategy of supplying guns for each person killed is epically flawed - the more people we kill, the faster you go bankrupt. Is genius.

Weapons, drugs, it matters not. Both are throughly illegal and summarily punishable by Verlorenen justice (i.e. death).
