The Bavungrian government needs morel labor force to continue its productivity and to rebuild our national infrastructure. Although buying slaves seems to be the most common way to do it we have noticed that these slaves are expensive. The Bavungrian government cannot waste so much money on these slaves. Therefore we would like to help you, which will in turn help us.

All you need to do is to send us your undesirables. By undesirables we political prisoners, war prisoners, prisoners, a hated race of some sort and so on. Whomever you consider to be a burden you can send them our way and we will pay for them. Essentially it's like we are paying you for your garbage. This deal can also help you politically as well. If you are being accused of persecuting people by another nation and you send them all our way you can tell that nation to inspect your nation. Then they will not find any sign of persecution and you look like the innocent nation that was being hackled by Imperialist Evil Nation.

We will deal with these undesirables as seen fit. Once a transaction is made you do not have to worry about them. Also any transaction made between our nation and yours will not be recorded so no one can find a paper trail towards you. so what are you waiting for? Send them to us now!

We actually have a large number of prisoners of war and political prisoners that we can send over.
We took them in our recent capture of our newly renamed province of "Gobinvard", the natives put up a fight but were no match, however since hostilities ended many rebel factions appeared in the countryside. As a result we have nearing half a million prisoners from this territory alone.
It would be unwise to use them as slave labour in their own country, the risk of escape is too high. However overseas we believe their will may be broken and escape attempt much rarer.
We can even pay for their transportation if you so wish.

1. You cannot have Tens of Millions of soldiers for your economy would be in shambles the military is 1% of your population at best.
