For that, I point you to our own Founder, Francos Spain's thoughts, regarding the general history of the Order while he was active. Everything after his activity is largely done without him.

We believe it to be Sagar at the moment.

Sagar was Delegate of TRR up until around May 4, 2003. It’s common belief that he was the sole member of or a member of a British-themed raider organization modeled loosely after a postal code gang theme. His calling card was putting “E2” in the WFEs of regions. Here’s some discussion from The Rejected Realms’ Historical Society’s work on Sagar. While it’s currently believed that Sagar was TRR’s first Delegate, it’s hard to say for certain if there was someone in that short blip of time before him. We can only rely on what records are left.

That would be the first ever Z-Day. It was a different experience compared to most successive days as people were collaborating to try and save as many regions as possible. We didn't have 2 minute missiles then, just puppets and cure research, so there was a fair bit of shuffling.

In all reality, Alger was a quite (in)famous player known for his satirical nature, often parodying Donald Trump and MAGA. Some people loved him, some people hated him. He committed “suicide by mod” a couple of months ago by going on a rule breaking rampage to get himself declared DoS, which meant he would no longer be on the site. Unfortunately for the purposes of your question, I can’t say too much in fear of getting smacked with a warning.

[mantle] was one of the very first Moderators, from June 9th 2003. There was a trend for people to use square brackets, in the style of [violet] and [dredd]. Apparently we almost ended up with a [unicorn] mod in Feb 2003 but it never worked out.

They were literal nazis. Can't remember why they specifically got mod-locked. https://www.nationstates.net/region=the ... mmonwealth was their successor, and there are still a couple of former members in https://www.nationstates.net/region=the ... x_alliance I believe. Rather unsavory folk if you ask me.
