WA membership Question?

I have an old nation that joined the WA but it has been deleted do I need to reactiveate it and leave the WA to make anothernation join the WA or can I just leave it inactive and have one of my other nation's join the WA?

Even if you resurrected the older nation, it would no longer be in the WA. So feel free to join the WA with your new nation.
