"Present arms!" the leader of the long firing squad numbering 678 shouted. The soldiers prepared their Kar 98ks for firing. Fellow dictators from Coolboygcp, Cartman, Dorlania,Titanisa, and Konariona were watching as coalition soldiers prepared to execute over one thousand dissidents from each nation and not to mention foreign anarchists.In a blink of an eye thousands of people were dead. Each dictator clapped heavily for the soldiers as they executed this massive execution. 1,789 bodies lay strewn in Imperial Star Square in Bratoslovoukia, the second largest and oldest nation in the coalition. After the execution, men in fast attack vehicles rounded up the people watching the execution and delivered them back to their precincts, shooting innocent people with their Active Denial Systems.
"Perfect," the Emperor muttered, pulling his cigarette from his mouth. "Just, perfect."

IC: Field Marshal (he got promoted from my previous posts) Sloborodorsky was back. The most infamous Bratoslovoukian/Bratoslovouk/Bratoslov general was back. He had nearly 200 victories to his name and several million dead people as well. He was in charge of all of the Bratvian Ground Forces and they were more than ready to fight any invasion. His forces had killed millions and now they were ready to kill millions more.

OOC: Well that's rather abrupt.. On a side note, I'm not part of the WA. Also I believe you should start out with a scenario and THEN we declare war.Make's the whole thing a lot more realistic, and fun cause then that allows for character development and what not.

From Bratvoslovoukia Today(Bratoslovoukia most watched new programme): In response to statements from the government of Moriskov asking for the Emperor step down, Bratoslovoukian special forces were ordered to abduct 100 Moriskovian citizens to be held as hostages. The mission was successful and the hostages are now in a stockade in the Star Fortress at the center of Bratvit, being held to the statement from the Emperor that "They will all die in the blink of an eye" should the Moriskovians not cease hostilities. The stockade is rigged with C4 that will detonate should anyone attempt to free the hostages. The Halseyist Faction would like to intervene by sending a small force of special forces, complete with attack Helicopter on a abortive assault mission to 'Free' the 100 captives, with the intent of forcing the government to detonate it's C4 and kill them, thus removing it's bargaining chip. If the assault is unexpectedly successful and the C4 not detonated, the captives will be freed into the surrounding countryside.
Either way, the Halseyist's will withdraw as soon as the operation is complete.

From Good Morning Bratvit: Our glorious nation of Bratoslovoukia is once again engulfed in war. Today the emperor announced that the War Ministry completed the substantial paperwork to declare and we are now at war with the Alliance of Capitalist States as the war ministry is calling the alliance. This begins the great war of liberation or the Alliance-Coalition war. In other news, all of the hostages were killed when one accidentally set off the C4. The war has begun, but we are not sure what will ensue.

Today the Binslish Government pledged to stand resolute with the liberators of the Oppressed People. The Democratic Republic of Binsle Hereby declares war on all those fighting with Bratoslovoukia for the side of oppression .

Declaration Of The United Coalition

Today the congressional branch of the DROB and the Agency of Foreign Policy have voted to found the United Coalition, Which will be used immediately in the Intervention of the oppressed peoples of Bratoslovoukia and all those associated.

1. This Hereby declares an alliance which is open to all by application currently fighting in this war against oppression.

2. This Hereby declares that the coalition will fight as one and share, but not control other's, resources.

3. The following are classified as resources: War related monetary resources, Military Forces, Survival Equipment, Intelligence.

4. This Hereby declares a committee to oversee operations and approve: Military Operations, Laws regarding the alliance, and condemnations, and after this war, Accepting members.

5. This Hereby declares Binsle as the first founding member of the coalition and that there shall be five, original founding members.

6. This Hereby declares that memberships of the Coalition will be given full control to the Committee, with the exception that all pending members must be declared generally free and non-oppressive by the committee.

7. This Hereby declares that all members must have a representative elected by the people within that country within 2 months of joining.

8. This Hereby declared that in order to start a joint coalition military operation, the committee must receive a 4/5s vote to do so.

9. This Hereby declares Operation Rising sun as a United Coalition Operation against, and too liberate Bratoslovoukia and all those deemed to be associated in the war effort. This article is to be deemed inactive after the signing of a treaty ending the war.
