Form of government, or lack thereof: Anarchist federation of communities and workplaces delegating committees from the bottom up, with instant recall (see http://anarchistfaq.org )
Head of State or lack thereof: None. Individuals elect neighborhood and workplace delegations subject to instant recall which are only allowed to bring express positive mandates upward, never dictate terms downward. These go all the way up to the lowest maximum height possible.

Economic System: Mixed anarchist - communities and workplaces are allowed to organize freely in whatever fashion they desire as long as they associate on equal terms, and "she signed a contract", "he can always go get another job" is NOT an excuse; smallholders weren't systematically expropriated in the Revolution, and were allowed to choose between keeping their land for personal and professional use or joining it to the nearby commune/soviet/collective/whatever. Those individualists, egoists, mutualists etc have no obligations or rights in their surrounding society except for the obligation to refrain from doing harm & protect the innocent from harm, and the right to be free from harm (this right is federally guaranteed) - anyway, businesses were collectivized, socialized, communalized and workers control the coordination of production and distribution etc. The currency is the credit hour, earned through recognized free, self-directed and productive labor, which can be exchanged at community shops and things of that nature.
Are you a democratic society?: See above; most significant federal decisions require an 80%+ popular vote, collectives can accept a lower or higher majority for decisions which only affect them, or require consensus if they wish; individuals with small plots of land who decline association are as free as possible, as their society has no expectations of them (other than "don't shoot at us") but still protects their life and sovereignty. Others associate freely to accept rationed limits to freedom in exchange for unity on common goals, as in any society, but in (we believe) a freer way.
Do you agree to uphold this charter?: Yes, in good faith and to the letter and through eternity as currently written
Are there any modifications you would like to be made to this charter?: It should require that members prohibit overfishing, stripmining, fracking, and other forms of unsustainable ecological exploitation of their own accord

I think members who are also in the WA should be required to make a good faith effort to jointly identify, vote for and organize in support of resolutions which expand freedom and win true victories for the proletariat and the oppressed of all species; similarly against the opposite kind of resolution, like "free trade" res's etc.; we should also respect that we will have different positions on controversial res's like liberations

I think it should protect individual freedom to raise food for subsistence as this is the definition of sustainable

I think profit should be prohibited as inevitably leading to inequity, division and slavery (even if a 'comparatively mild' form)

just my two credit hours i realize not all demsocs will necessarily agree with all of my ideas, these are just the amendments that occur to me.

Our prisons do in fact torture, depending on the crime.
Theft would probably be two years in prison.
Sexual Assault or rape (without murder) would be maybe 20 years.
Murder would be maybe 60 years. The ammount of torture for murder depends on how many people you killed and why
If you killed a man because your wife was cheating on you with him would be 12 years of certain types of torture.
If you kill 20 babies because you felt like it that would be 65 years in prison, with 30 years of torture.
In elementary schools, kids are told of these punishments, and are shows short footage of light torture (very light).
This is why Winslavia has a homocide rate of 0.12 per 100,000 inhabitants, per year.
