Which fictional character would you vote for?

Before we start, I want to eliminate superpowers from this discussion. Don't say you'd vote for Professor X because he could mind control your nation's enemies. Vote for him because he wouldn't abuse his power.

There is one character who I believe has what it takes. She has shown selflessness AND wisdom beyond her years, caring for the needs of her people above herself. She is a champion of the poor and the downtrodden, treating them as if they were the children of her own womb. And to those who would threaten them, she is utterly without mercy.
