The picture is the same as your nation flag and your "title" is dependent on how many posts you make. You can change the rest using your User Control Panel in the top left.

Your number of posts change the title that is there. The more posts you make, the more it increases and the title will gradually change. Note that posts in Forum 7 do not count towards your overall post count.
