Her Royal Majesty Quen Helena Tudor declares an open invitation to all Nation States Ambassadors to open an Embassy at the newly constructed Ambassadorial Palace. This has been constructed in the capital city of Sarnath next to the Royal Residences to ensure easier access for Ambassadors to the Royal Circle. A full suite has been constructed for each Ambassador with extra land available should we need to extend the palace. There are currently quarters for 100 Ambassadorial parties. Please inform us of any special requirements you may have and we shall endeavour to fulfil them
All Ambassadors may bring a maximum staff of 10 to assist in the running of their Embassy, and should they they feel it neccessary a bodyguard of no more than 5 may also be brought.

Head Counciller of the Royal Circle William Knollys stood on the dockside of Elizabettas only civilian port Devils Reef to await the arrival of the expected Ambassadors. Dressed in his finest suit of purple velvet, with the royal seal of a cat on a golden chain around his neck. He idly looked at the glass fronted elevator that would cary them the 300 feet up the sheer cliff face to where the queen awaited.

At the top of the cliff Queen Helena Tudor dressed in a gown of darkest purple a golden circlet on her brow, stood next to the two Princess Felicity Tudor (16) & Margery Tudor (14), who were dressed in matching gowns of pale yellow, with silver circlets on their brows. Behind them stood their brothers Steven(18), Philip(8) & Davys(12) ( they bear no surname, as no male in Elizabetta is allowed one until he marries and takes his wifes name).
The Royal Guard of Honour stood to the rear, their uniforms a dark red,golden cat collar badges gleamed in the sun. A dagger was worn on the right hip, the crossbows strapped a cross their back, the quarrels tips glistened with poisons ( for more details see Poisons & Pleasures in the trading forum).
Behind the Guards stod a small army of servents and slaves ready to feed, fetch & carry for the expected Ambassadors. A small fleet of Carraiges were ready to transport them to their quarters, the attached horses doing their best to ensure that next years roses were well manured.

The three Princes were commanded to await any that may come. Aforest of tents arose upon the top of the Cliffs. The purple cloth fluttering in the breeze.

In Devils Reef William Knollys read the Queens orders with growing dismay.

It is out command that you remain in devils reef, not to return to the Palace unless as guide to an Ambassador.

Sighing deeply he took rooms at the most comfortable Inn in the port 'The Dead Kraken'. Firstly, the Ambassador has two sons and a daughter (aged 17, 16, and 11, respectively). While he is a widower and thus needs no additional accommodations for a wife, the Serri Foreign Ministry would like to request confirmation that appropriate accommodations can be made for his three children. A tutor from Serrland will be attached to the Embassy Staff, but it would also be ideal for a tutor from your fine nation to be involved in the education of the three children if that would be at all possible and convenient.

Secondly, he requests that no restrictions be placed upon his ability to import Serri wine and tobacco for personal use.

I undestand fully your concerns regarding security. It is true that dogs are not permited in Sarnath so we use Pigs. Their noses are far more sensitive and they are surprisingly easy to train. The Ambassadorial Palce itself is walled off from sarnath with only two doorwys, one to enter into the Palace and another that leads you directly into the Royal palace. 100 Royal guard have been allocated to Ambassadorial Protection.

We are glad you have accepted our invitation. To effect the Maximum security we have closed off the door leading into the garden area. We have double bricked and soundproofed the walls of your suite also we have inserted steel plate to the thickness of 1 inch between the double bricked walls. A camera has been placed outside your door to view visitors. Your door has been replaced by one of steel 3 inches thick. The only problem we have is the doorlock. Our current technology does not run to DNA scanner. We have instead provided a number lock which can only be set once ( by yourself) we have also put two drop bolts on the inside of the door.
The Royal Guard will only patrol the corridors of the Ambassadorial quarters so no-one will be taking weapons into your quarters.
