Dear Sirs,

We at JCK Motors would be interested in developing a network of car dealerships to offer your vehicles in our nation. We feel your vehicles will compliment our existing lineup of green automobiles and provide an increased value to our customers. Please let us know your requirements. We would be willing to establish about 15 dealerships and perhaps 1 factory to support them.

Sincerely,

Melissa Stroud
VP of International Business Development

We would be happy for JCK to serve as our distributor in Libertarian Governance. For this, you can choose to set up as many dealerships as you want, and we will supply you with the cars needed to sell them. Eg. You buy the cars from us 20% cheaper than their RRP, and you sell them to the public.

We would also set up a factory to supply these cars.

The cost of your 40 M8 LWBs with the extra safety features comes to 5.720 million

We would like to establish 30 dealerships and one factory. All models apart from the M, S and R will be made at your factory due to profitability reasons. The M, S and R will all be imported from the factory in Vitaphone. This could change due to demand

Thank you. We have wired you 5.720 million to you, when will the cars arrive?

We also accept your deal to "establish 30 dealerships and one factory", though as you say we are willing to offer you further concessions if demand increases.

Dear Sirs,

Then let us start with 10,000,000 NSD worth of inventory. We would like a good assortment of vehicles across all of your lines with 75% of the inventory composed of E - series, B - series, G- series, H - Series, C - Series and D - Series automobiles. 20% of the remaining autos should be M and S Series vehicles and 5% your R series.

Also, do you have any stock left?

Sincerely,

We have 5% of our stock remaining on the market, thats around 20,000 shares at $18.92 each, so if you want it all, bring $378,000.

We have selected your imports, we chose a wide range of models and specifications so we can get a better picture on the model trends in Libertarian Governance.

Before we select the R-series cars, we should inform you that these are designed purely for racing and they are not road friendly. 95% of R12 owners involve it in professional and amatuer racing at least once per week. Because of this, we reccomend that you do not import the R series as it is very slow selling and hard to follow the erratic demand trend. If buyers would like to purchase an R-Series, we can import one especially.

Dear Shaff

Thank you for your application, due to your high tax on dealerships we are only opening 10 to start off with and add more according to demand. Because of our low amount of dealerships, we are not going to establish a factory until we have more than 30 dealerships in the country. We are wiring you the $1 million in business taxes now. Is this acceptable?

Dear Sirs,

Forgive my overlooking the information on the R-12. That vehicle is fine for import into LG. LG doesn't believe in speed limits or many of the rules of driving that other nations are somewhat burdened with. Also, we would like to double the order to 20,000,000 NSD in vehicles per year with an annual increase of 15% a year thereafter.

We also, would like to announce that we have issued a press release and several advertisements offering to buy your firms stock for 25 NSD per share which I believe at last checking was about 5 NSD over the market price. This is simply a strategic alignment of complimentary businesses. We hope that this alignment will help you increase your market share substantially.

Sincerely,

Melissa Stroud

While the R-Series can be road registered, and while your nation doesn't have speed limits, the R-Series is very hard to live with. It has a very hard suspension set up, sensitive throttle and a very fast gear change. Also, the engine is not covered, meaning it is as twice as loud as the S-Series. Regardless of the rules, the R-Series is not a friendly car for suburban streets, and this does impact on its sales. 95% of all R-Series bought are used in racing events, the remaining 5%, used in weekend motorsport events.

We will double our shipments to your nation, however the 15% increase will be determined on demand. This is to avoid getting a surplus of stock.

Thank you for your enquiry

Buying 4.5Million Shares of Vitaphone Racing

Postby NovaPrime » Wed Dec 09, 2009 2:47 pm

Vitaphone Racing wrote:No objections here. Currently we have 4,500,000 shares on the share market selling for $16.82 each. So 5% of that is 225,000 shares which is valued at $3,784,500. We are hoping you will accept this as this will push our share price up.

To: Vitaphone Racing
I would like to purchase all outstanding shares of your corporation (4,500,000 shares) for a total of $75,690,000 USD. I am willing to pay for the entire lot of 4.5Million shares for $80Million USD.

We would be happy to discuss this offer in our new showroom. This showroom was closed because it became cluttered and difficult to navigate, and hasn't been used in around a month. Please find a link below to our new showroom.

To further add to the confusion, we have changed our name from Vitaphone to Forza to avoid mistaking the company for the country and vice versa.

Thanking you in advance
