Thus, such an agreement will not be suitable for the intended purpose of resale in domestic retail markets. Instead, YellowApple, Inc. proposes a Commercial Manufacturing and Resale Authorization Agreement for each of the following products:

• AppleDrive R01 "Rarity-class" Aerospace Yacht
• AppleDrive U01 "Porter-class" Aerospace Utility Vehicle
• AppleDrive U02 "Thief-class" Aerospace Truck
• AppleDrive P01 "Cavalier-class" Light Aerospace Corvette

The Commercial Manufacturing and Resale Authorization Agreement (CMRAA) is best suited to entities such as Asmira Conglomerate intending to redistribute the manufactured products on a for-profit basis, unlike the Non-Resale Manufacturing Authorization Agreement (NRMAA), which does not permit resale of manufactured products governed by that license. However, unlike the flat lump sum payment usually collected for NRMAAs, CMRAAs are based on a per-unit payment of a proportion of the sale price.

Since this is the first significant commercial interaction between YellowApple, Inc. and Asmira Conglomerate, the initial proportion of per-unit licensing payments to retail sale price will be elevated to account for the understandable risk involved. However, said licensing payments are eligible for reduction after four hexadecimal Megaseconds (67108864 seconds) from the first retail product sale. Initial rates are as follows:

• AppleDrive R01: 1/16 of per-sale revenue
• AppleDrive U01: 1/24 of per-sale revenue
• AppleDrive U02: 1/24 of per-sale revenue
• AppleDrive P01: 1/16 of per-sale revenue

After four Megaseconds from the first sale or the sale of 4,096 units (whichever is reached first), rates are eligible to be reduced to the following values on a per-product basis:

• AppleDrive R01: 1/24 of per-sale revenue
• AppleDrive U01: 1/32 of per-sale revenue
• AppleDrive U02: 1/32 of per-sale revenue
• AppleDrive P01: 1/24 of per-sale revenue

These rates are completely negotiable, and there is no obligation to accept these rates at their present values, or to accept any licensing agreement at all. Who is Designwerks Computation?

Designwerks Computation is a component of Designwerks, a corporate repsentation of both state-owned and privately-owned businesses of the United Socialist States of Schultaria Prime. Designwerks Computation works with other Schultarian companies, such as the Schultarian Diode Company, to produce computing hardware suited toward consumer, enterprise, scientific, and military applications.

What is the nature of this partnership?

Currently, the partnership revolves around porting YellowApple, Inc.'s YellOS to Designwerks Computation's various hardware products, in addition to developing YellOS-native drivers for Designwerks Computation core hardware and peripherals. Additionally, YellowApple, Inc. may develop a YellOS API module to support applications developed for Designwerks Computation's UNIOS; this is dependent on the amount of code and design information that can be provided under a license compatible with version 2 of the GNU General Public License.

Will this partnership affect YellowApple, Inc.'s hardware products?

Not necessarily. YellowApple, Inc. will continue to manufacture and retail its own consumer, enterprise, scientific, military, and medical computing hardware like before. However, YellowApple, Inc. has volunteered to send several hardware design engineers along with the YellOS porting and support groups to Schultaria Prime; while the YellOS development team members will be focusing on supporting existing Designwerks Computation hardware, the hardware engineers will be collaborating with Designwerks Computation to create all-new products that combine the best of what both YellowApple, Inc. and Designwerks Computation have to offer.

Are there other stipulations involved in this partnership?

YellowApple, Inc., as part of the terms of its membership with Designwerks Computation, receives a N$452500000000 credit with the Central Bank of the United Socialist States of Schultaria Prime, a 10% discount on all Designwerks products and services, and reduced import costs for YellowApple, Inc. products imported into Schultaria Prime. These benefits will be extended to subsidiary companies/organizations of YellowApple, Inc. Likewise, these benefits are reciprocated; though not mandated by the partnership agreement, YellowApple, Inc. will be providing a similar N$452500000000 credit with the YellowApple, Inc. Financial Services Division (in the form of a YellowApple, Inc.
