I voted for Abu Dhabi, but my wife says that France has everything beat. So, I guess no consensus there...

The worst thing about Colorado drivers is this tendency to take a red light as just a suggestion.

My worst spots are anything West-End Henrico County (Virginia, near Richmond); and anything in NOVA (Northern Virginia)...
