The north west areas of the Valepian Lands (Part of the USSVL by the Ubergrad province), treeless and mountainous plains ravaged in these highland steppes. This place was a former weapons test-site, now due to cuts in defence spending, the area has attracted the aborigine natives from the north come to settle here again. Cut from the rest of the nation and the low, greener lands, it would probably be a good place for some secret, hidden settlement.

Due to harsher and even more oppressiveness the governing communist party has done, rise has token for a more centrist party. The Liberal Union Party of the Valepian Lands has seen numbers constantly rise for a more capitalist economy and more freer experience for the working man. The communist government is still the largest party, but more youths are joining the LUP for more freer nation. The Communist party has always wished to eliminate the opposition, yet could not due so because of the leader hidden in Ubergrad.

Now, 10% of the Valepian Lands population is part of, affiliated with or supports the LUP.

The President and the Director of Intelligence and Director of Defence marches through the hall of the capitol building. They went to the presidential office and lock the doors, windows blinded. Director of Intelligence hands the President a confidential report. The President analyze it.

"So what you're saying is, The Valepian Lands might go into a civil war?" asked the President.

"Yes Mr.President. Of course, The Valepian Lands has always been communist in our books. However, the youth faction of the population wanted a more less radical government."

The President deeplys agree with the youth population of The Valepian Lands. Far-leftist policy were too harsh. The only way to control distribution of wealth was to limit prosperity and freedom. That was the truth about communism.

"Of course Mr.President, we have always been anti-Communist ever since we overthrown OUR communist regime decades ago. But, Mr.President should we use military action to support the anti-Communist in The Valepian Lands? We don't want to throw money, time, man into this equation." said the Director of Defence.

The President remembers the last time they used military intervention. Protest erupts across the Republic.

"Very well, we will support the anti-Communist faction of The Valepian Lands. No need for unnecessary military intervention. We need to see how the current government response. If they response harshly, we will take deep consideration." stated the President.

The mission statement was clear; encourage the citizens of The Valepian Lands to petition for reforms. If the government acts defiantly, encourage them to revolt against the Communist Regime.

The LUP had brung its numbers the 15%. It was not stopping now. The rioters got many specialized people t make them weapons. Not anything special, just Kalashnikovs and RPGs making up the arsenal. "Okay men" Isengard briefed them "We can't just walk in Valgrad willy nilly. We to sneak in there, guerilla tactics if you will. These were the kind of shouts that could be heard in Valgrad at night. Military Officers in charge of the defence were tirelessly awake during the night on a strict diet with allot of coffee. Conscripts were the backbone of the defence, low in power but strong in numbers. "Sir," one conscript said as he walked up to an officer, "I feel they won't attack in the middle of the day. That would be to hard for them." Shouldn't we send out scouts with NV goggles during the night? They could be camping out their as we speak."
"Ahh" The officer smirked "a bright one... Sure, we'll go with your little plan private. But I don't want a waste of equipment for nothing."

"Only a few miles Triger" The soldier replied, looking at his map and the surroundings thoroughly. Commander Trigers heart bumped faster the closer they got. He had a weak heart but a strong passion to overthrow the enemy. "Alright, set up camp. It will give us rest and give me time to see the orders Polis has given us. While the soldiers were setting up tents and putting their weapons down, Triger opened up his laptop and opened up his email folder. He smiled for his orders, he was glad it was less of a suicide run and more of a tactical approach.

Following the announcement of a news blackout, oil workers were told to take the next 2 weeks off in the Eastern Deserts Oil Fields...

Valgrad was getting closer and closer. They were about a mile away. The night was fading away and dusk was coming up... "Great timing everyone," Said Commander Triger. "Now, it's time to be sneaky... Simmons, you attach explosives to the city wall. Yol and Jobber, you cover him, and kill anyone trying to come out of that hole but don't move. That will be our distraction. The rest of us will scale the wall on the other side of the city, no one will notice... That will mean they'll have most of their soldiers at the other side of the city. Simple, but the dumbass commies won't figure it out."

"What about the reinforcements from the other nations sir?" Asked one soldier

"Well, we have our perfect chance here, just hope they catch up."
