I, founder of the region forthwith formally known as And A Great Big Bushy Beard, endeavours to propose a Charter of Unity, whereby the aims and objectives of the respectively glorious and modest region previously stated are underpinned and conclusively refined, honed, and perfected over time, commanding input from glorious home nations, to a point that can be achieved. Any formal member of the home nations, forming an axis of good, is invited, nay, encouraged to transmit forth their glorious suggestions toward myself, Founder-less Founder North Autonomy, for the protection and promotion of their rightful designation within the spectacular region of And A Great Big Bushy Beard. Suggestions are to either be formally telegrammed toward North Autonomy or proposed upon the comments section. Now shall follow a list of Eternal Rights, which every welcome nation possesses automatically upon arrival and achievement of domicile status within And A Great Big Bushy Beard. What will follow this shall be proposed aims and objectives
Eternal Rights
- Amendment 1. Each nation home to our glorious region shall, first and foremost, respect it's neighbours right to freedom of political speech, moreover, concerning the government of their peoples. This basis shall cover the entire spectrum of political systems. To this end, it is not a nations aim or objective to correct or impinge upon (what may personally be conceived as abhorrent) the system of another. This Amendment stems from, and is supported by, the basis of Amendment 2.
- Amendment 2. The Founder-less Founder North Autonomy recognises that it indeed should rightfully be an aim of this region whereby a nation is ultimately free to produce and enforce any policy they see fit for their spectacular lands and its peoples. Ultimately, gentleman, we partake in the construction of nation-states, not nanny-states. To this end, any nation is free to follow any religious belief, political ideology, and social policies they see fit. Ultimately, the effectiveness and strength of a nation will be laid bare for all it is over time. This Amendment serves, and is supported by Amendment 1. It also functions in conjunction with Amendment 4.
- Amendment 3. Each nation has electoral rights, in the sense that any appointments, drafts, proposals etc. (situations requiring solid British democracy) may be rightfully proposed, amended, recommended, elected, rejected or ratified by the List of Nations. In addition to this, each nation also has the right to abstain from any votes, be it in protest or for apathetic reasons. It is the Founder-less Founder's hope that this draft bill be modified and perfected over time. This Amendment stands alone, falling within the regions of voting rights
- Amendment 4. Founder-less Founder, holds that all nations belonging to this region also take care to use correct etiquette at all times. What occurs within your region remains private business. Anything posted in the public square needs to respect every nation and person (to an extent of course). It is your right to be respected, this being breached, becoming an offence
- Amendment 5. All the Amendments of the list of Eternal Rights are concrete and persevering, never ceasing, and apply to all nations. All our nations are judged worthy for possessing the Eternal Rights, yet they may also be relinquished should a nation wish.
