The Anglynovan Foreign Service has been able to file your request for an embassy after a long hiatus. The Civil War in Anglynova made it almost impossible to organize logistically the construction of an embassy. Given the fact Anglynova was controlled by a fascist dictator at the time, we feel as if your nation would not have wanted an embassy in Novlygon.

We also recognize that because the government has changed, your opinion of the diplomatic process in Anglynova may have changed in turn. We would understand any withdrawal, but as of now the application is approved.

As authorised by that of His Majesty Aurel III and in finality passed in majority within the Bundesversammlung, Bundesrat and Reichstag, regarding the establishment of a diplomatic mission, in the form of an embassy, representing that of Yohannes at the Federal level and simultaneously that of the nineteen constituent countries which comprises the national and territorial sovereignty of the Kingdom of Yohannes.

As of secondary note, is a request regarding the permission to open the Anglynovan border towards the branch establishment of Yohannes' multiple private financial and banking firms. Yohannes is known worldwide for its financial and trading sector, with its central banking institution, supervisory entity to more than two hundred financial and banking entities within Yohannes and overseas, that of the Yohannesische Bundesbank, rated as the world's second largest banking institution in 2011.

I therefore, in consultation with that of the Federal Minister of Finance & Trade of the Kingdom of Yohannes, do hereby simultaneously, humbly request for the legitimate expansion of the Bundesbank, and that of the establishment of manufacturing factories, to be designated towards the engineering and manufacturing export of VMK AG, a multi-national company with headquarter within the Kingdom of Yohannes, alongside the establishment of the aforementioned financial and banking branches, originating from Yohannes' multiple private banking firms as specified above.
