In regards to your questions, Sea Launch is a service conducted by TN RDI to launch your vehicles into space if your nation lacks sufficient launch capabilites, which we believe your nation has. Of course, we will happily estimate costs for you.

The Artemis ICBM is not designed for an intercept role, however it could be used in a preliminary or retalitory strike upon an opposing nations nuclear command or other assets in the case it is required. Templar and Legion are designed namely to launch satellites or astronauts, military or civilian, into space. It is not recommended except for launch, which will be a necessary purchase alongside your satellites if you wish to use the Sea Launch service or you lack your own rockets.

Regarding your purchase, we expect total construction and delivery time to be over the course of thirty months.
