I don't see things going any different for Israel in 100 years than they are right now. That region's pretty much doomed to constant warfare, no matter what the U.S. or anyone else does.

There were no such thing as "arabs" before Islam was established, there were Israelites, who populated modern day Israel, the Phoenicians who populated modern day Lebanon, Egyptians and Assyrians, Babylonians and Persians, the Mamelukes and the multiple tribes of today's Arabian Peninsula.
