No. Cybertronians aren't very interested in the differences between Humans 1.0, and certainly not interested enough to start up a group based on dissing certain design specifications of that species. As for Earth, it had the KKK at the time we invaded it, but they didn't last long. We put all of the humans to work in our mines, and that put an end to all of their little groups. They also didn't get any chance to form new ones since we made sure to prevent it - though, of course, this was for entirely strategic reasons.


Is it legal? No. It is classed, blandly, as a "social and/or political pressure group" and is therefore subject to the blanket ban on such.

It's legal in the Free Kingdom of Allanea to hold any worldviews, even disgusting ones, so it's legal to parade around in Klan hoods, burn crosses, and act like idiots.
