How to waste more time on NS?

To start off I love this game and I'm simply wondering how I can become more involved. My only complaint is that theres not enough to do! The only RPing i might be into is warfare but that even sounds a little lame to me. Any suggestions? Anyone with an incredibly active region they might suggest joining?

Spend your free time adding things to your factbook
Use MS paint and Google images to make flags and Maps of your region
Read the factbooks and you'll be surprised at what you can learn

Good RPing can be setting up a storefront
Some 'continue the story' forums are good to
Set up or open up an embassy program in your nation or another one

but above all else, be realistic and don't godmod, for the love of god, allah, buddah and the rest of the gang don't godmod or you will be dead to us all. You'll get bannished to F7 if you do
