Help with WA law

I received this from the WA Today.

This nation has been determined to be in breach of WA rules, which allow each player to have just one nation in the WA at any given time. This is an official warning, to allow you to rectify the situation. If you do not comply, the WA will be forced to take action against you.

I read up on the rules and saw the one about if you have a brother playing the NationStates on the same computer too. Yes, My brother and I are both part of the WA and we play this game on the same computer. There is only 1 destop in my entire house so I cannot just tell my brother to stop playing just because of this issue. I am wondering if there is anyway to solve this issue?

The rules are pretty straight forward. 1 WA nation per. The mods have no way to tell whether it is a single person with multiple WA nations, or several people with one each so the rules are that it is, as stated, 1 per IP address. Not e-mail address, IP address. You or your brother can still play the game, but only 1 can be in the WA.
