People of The Capitalist Unity and the rest of Talibastain. I have given you my warning but you have ignored them and continued your actions against us. It is clear that this government that was elected is out for the destruction of the Tehraanian People. Should you get so far as to harm us, know that we shall strike back. The JTTGC might think they can do as they please but they have chosen the wrong people to do so against. We care little for race and don't understand such strange notions about races that the JTTGC is preaching but I can assure all of you that we will not be taken lightly.

If this foolishness is not ceased I will see know other option for us than to take up arms against the Government of the CU. It is not our desire to claim this land for the Tehraanian People or our home land. But we will defend the Tehraanian communities and our fellow suffered at the hands of the fools who call them self the rightful government.

In light of recent military and political/social upheaval in Talibastain, New Alabasta has begun to ship weapons and supplies to the extremist faction in the chaos. Ships ladened with other cargo smuggled in all of the items without even knowing it. If all went well, New Alabasta would be making another move to try and liberate the oppressed nation from the imperialists.
