Coordinating Issues

Postby Bahr al-Ameri » Sat Apr 09, 2011 11:07 am

My nation has tollbooths on footpaths and citizens must pay to enjoy the pristine beaches. So imagine seeing an Issue I got today that had these options-
1- Give us permission to build on the greenbelt; tree museum to keep the tree-huggers happy
2- we should increase police funding to deal with these troublemakers
3- We should put a stop to all encroachment into natural areas

Given the history of my national decision-making, why didn't it have a 4th option where forests and parks would be maintained by organization and a fee-based admittance?

Generally, I think the more options for Issues, the better.

You could always propose the addition of a 4th option for this issue in the 'Got Issues?' sub-forum.

Becasue that's the status quo answer, otherwise achieved by ignoring the issue. I think. This one is kind of a gray area.

Alright, so my most recent issues were regarding cars- carjacking and drunk driving. Why do I find this interesting? Because cars are banned in my nation. Why do one of the options about carjacking talk about banning cars? I already have.

My nation is noted for it's "utter lack of prisons." Why is it that one of the options for drunk driving mention not imprisoning them? We don't have prisons, and the police are so short-funded they use duct-tape for handcuffs.

I picked the "ban cars" and "duct-tape for handcuffs" options because I was curious what the result would be. Seems none- the options roll along as if nothing happened. Maybe, the next time major work is being done on the programming, that can be addressed?
