Yes, this, as opposed to dumping nuclear waste in an area, and not taking any action, and leaving the inhabitants to suffer the painful consequences of radiation poisoning.

i.e. war breaks out what will be the target? of course all nuclear plants
who will lead the nuclear disaster team for any spilling of illegal dumping
should there be permits set aside and investigated every 6 months then who will pay for that or will there be more useless taxation!

Exactly! this is why I have voted against this law.
