Basically, a poor inncoent kid finally stood up to himself by picking up his bully and chucking him on the ground. In Kalaspia-Shimarata, we understand that people like that are too low, too discusting to call scum bags finally got what they deserve. If we found the evidence was true that he had been bullied for all those years, the kid who picked him up would get a badge of commendation which includes a 10,000 kalaspi reward for wiping out spasticated moratic...and I can't say any more without getting banned for flamming. We commend people who wipe out no good wits like that who don't belong in humanity let alone society and give humans a bad name! The bully would get punished and NOT the innocent. in fact, our we would get the innocent to spit on an image on which ever d-k head thought it wouold be a good idea to punish the guy who lifted his bully up and dropped him. Also, there are none of those crap "under aged people don't get named" laws. Exept for the victom, unless they request it, the victom, regardless of age is never named. NEVER! In fact, we might even give him some time in prison. The bully, not the guy who lifted the bully up. Good on him for lifting his bully and dropping him. In fact he would probably get a lecture from the cops for not dropping him from higher and not breaking any bones in his body. By being a kinder, gentler society. Violence begets violence. Any nation that condones violence by enshrining brutality in its laws will become more and more violent.

In Fatatatutti, the bully would be sent to rehabilitation and so would the child who used violence against him.

the child who was bullying, if they were a persistant bully and the parents of the bullied child were highly loyal to the state, the father of the bully would most likely be executed for incredibly poor fathering skills as well as disloyalty. and the child and mother sentenced to 25 years or life in a labour camp. The one who fought back would have no punishment, and infact be commended for standing up to oppression if they and thier parents show undying loyalty to the state.
