Most Muslims have a functional understanding of Christianity. They view us as fellow brothers of The Book and they believe Christ was a Prophet. I don't see what you could accomplish other then explaining your specific version of Christianity which I doubt they would have much interest in.

Recalling something I learned: Aren't Muslims supposed to allow "Brothers of the Book" to continue serving God the way their holy scriptures allow? Then (please correct me if I'm wrong, because there is a 99% chance that I am so please don't hate me Muslims of NS) why do the extremists want to convert all people, including Christians and Jews, to Islam. I can understand non-Jews and non-Christians, but aren't they supposed to allow us to worship how we have been?

They are supposed to yes but by purposefully distorting the Qu'ran it makes it easier for them to justify their actions like terrorism. Honestly I don't know what to tell you as I don't understand the corruption myself. I think a lot of it carries over from a deep-seated mistrust of the West over the years mixed with local ethnic nationalism thus leading to this behavior. Hell even the extremists want to convert other Muslims who they feel aren't extreme enough or are too "Westernized" hence why they target places like Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc.
