Worst leader you're RL countries ever had?

What is the worst President, Priemer, Dictator, Monarch, etc. your country has ever had, and why?

Honestly, Nixon was pretty bad... but Bush was worse, then Obama topped Bush, but honestly, Reagan hold's the title for Worst Leader of the US in my book.

Just look at his Presidency for Christ's sake!

I imagine he meant King Charles I of England, who brought the monarchy to its knees. Personally, however, I would argue that Britain's worst leader was Margaret Thatcher, but would agree regarding Charles of England.
