Greetings to the nations of the world. After due consideration, the People's Republic hereby declares that itsborders are now open to the arrival of foreign dignitaries.
We have come to enjoy a measurable degree of economic growth and foreign cooperation within our home region following numerous progressive reforms, and taking this into account, we have prepared our diplomatic program where any nation, regardless of their national opinion of Falsea and ideology, can open either an embassy or consulate, or both, within our borders. Furthermore, you are free to suggest to any treaties that you feel is necessary in order to help foster bilateral ties between our states.

National Information
The People's Republic of Falsea is a unitary, single-party, semi-presidential state governed by the Marxist-Leninist Falsean People's Party. It is a leading nation in the Nysa in terms of influence and currently holds bilateral relations with 70 nations, alongside membership in 5 international organizations and an observer in 1 other organization.
Falsea operates a state socialist/planned economy in line with Marxist doctrine, but has nevertheless propagated a degree of free market ideals, manifested by the legalization of capitalism within the nation's two special administrative regions/economic zones and the willingness of the government to sign free trade treaties with other nation.
The nation has a diverse environment. Plains, grasslands, and gently sloping hills dominate the western part of the nation, whereas tundras, taigas, highlands, and various mountains dot the east. It has a rich history that intertwines with the struggle against totalitarian monarchism, invasions of barbarians, and the rise of Marxism within the region and a culture that is the mix of many Nysan cultures, as it is located in the heart of Nysa.

Diplomatic Policy
All embassies and consulates constructed within Falsea are regarded as territory of their home nation, and is therefore under the jurisdiction of their own laws. However, this does not apply outside the designated embassy grounds. Countries may request specific designs or facilities in their embassies or consulates, and such extra requirements will be paid by the government.
Ambassadors with physical problems and/or special requirements will be provided extra facilities. Other species such as Ponies, Dragons, and other non-human sapient species will be provided with any necessary facilities which they require.
Ambassadors enjoy the highest degree of diplomatic immunity, and are exempt from most laws except those involving murder and sexual assault, in which they will be ejected from their position. In cases when the ambassador discredits either the party or our country, they will be regarded as persona non gratae, and will be ejected and banned from entering the nation anytime in the future.
Attaches, Junior Ambassadors, and other diplomatic staff enjoy the 2nd highest degree of diplomatic immunity, and are exempt from most laws except those compiled by the Bureau of Diplomatic Regulation, under the Ministry of External Affairs. All other staff, including security staff, service staff, and maintenance staff have the lowest degree of diplomatic immunity, and are exempt from but a few laws detailed by the BDR. Other than this, they are like ordinary Falsean citizens as well, unless within embassy grounds.
Any personnel of any embassy or consulate of any nation who does not follow the designated Diplomatic Protocol will either face trial under the Supreme People's Court, or be ejected at once from the nation.
Children of any embassy staff who accompany their parents will be given free education in the nation's finest educational facilities. However, only the Ambassador and their family, if any, will be given a free residence nearest to the location of their embassy.
Staff, Weapons , Vehicles, Diplomatic Pouches, and other Items
All security staff of embassies are allowed up to 30 men, while consulates are allowed up to 10. Falsean State Police serve as additional guards outside the embassy grounds, so excessive amounts of security personnel will not be required. Service and Diplomatic staff are not limited whatsoever, but we kindly ask that you make considerations before stating how many of these staff you will be sending.
Weapons of security staff are also given some limitations, in order not to disturb the peace. Weapons allowed include pistols, shotguns, SMGs, and melee weapons. Weapons not allowed include bazookas, miniguns, sniper rifles, automatic weapons, and explosives.
Most vehicles are permitted, although if nations prefer not to bring their own vehicles, we can offer our own domestically-manufactured diplomatic cars or even our system of public transportation. Cars not permitted include humvees, military jeeps and trucks, IFVs, APCs, and tanks. Armored cars are generally allowed, albeit there are a few restrictions handled on a case by case basis of the BDR. Aircraft are allowed and will be given hangar space in airports nearest to the embassy, but are limited to 1 fixed wing aircraft and 1 rotor wing aircraft, or two types of fixed/rotor wing aircraft. Aircraft that are armed with weaponry are prohibited.
Diplomatic pouches are fully legal, and will not be subject to discriminate inspection as per international law.
Recreational drugs are illegal within the nation, however, if requested by a nation's government, we will perform an evaluation and decided if such drugs will be permitted. If these drugs are for medical use however, they are allowed. All animals are allowed, except for any wild animals, and are subject to primary, secondary, and tertiary examinations to ensure that they are free of any illnesses or diseases. Note that sapient animals are not included in these examinations as we trust they can take care of themselves. Plants are also allowed, but are subject to evaluation.
Foreign Policy
The People's Republic of Falsea conducts diplomacy through the realpolitik policy known as the "Openness and Equality Doctrine" which was molded by Falsea's 6th Premier, Vivian Everett. Under this doctrine, Falsea shall recognize the sovereignty of all nations regardless of their ideology and view towards Falsea and Falsea's government, society, etc. This is to ensure that the People's Republic maintains a peaceful atmosphere with all nations, big or small, capitalist or communist, republic or monarchy.
Regarding trade, the People's Republic is open to signing bilateral trade agreements with any nations that hope to do so, though bear in mind that Falsea raises a 25-50% tariff on all imported goods. Falsea reserves the right to sign free trade agreements, free from all tariffs, with nations that share diplomatic comradeship with Falsea only. Nonetheless, foreign companies are encouraged to expand into the nation's two special economic zones, Argent and Southrock Island.
Regarding mutual defense, the People's Republic is open and highly encourages other states to sign a treaty of non-aggression, so as to avoid warfare between Falsea and other states and to solve diplomatic issues as peacefully as possible. Regarding a military alliances, Falsea is open to any kind of discussion, from signing Protectorate Treaties to Treaties of Mutual Defense, and Falsea will not intervene in a military conflict a nation with an embassy in/from Falsea unless official procedures are followed.

Other treaties that might be of interest include Criminal Extradition Treaties, Immigration/Double Citizenship Treaties, Scientific Research Treaties, Cultural Diplomacy, and others.
Participation in the International Community of Nations
Falsea actively participates in world events and regularly takes notice of international incidents. Sharing diplomatic relations with over 100 countries, 70 of which Falsea has an embassy in, the nation stays up-to-date in recent happenings, preventing the state from falling into it's isolationist state some decades ago.
Falsea is a member of 5 international organizations: The Nysan Organization, the Worker's International, ComUnite, the Alliance of Socialist Comrades, and Unite!. Falsea is also an observer state of the Stonewall Alliance and is a founding member of the Association of Thalassan States, an alliance of nations geographically located in the Sea of Thalassa.
