Oh.. oh man. I finally got around to watching the Watch_Dogs trailer. Add that to my 2-strong list of games I'll be buying when they are released. Watch_Dogs and Dishonored, all the way.

This PS3 exclusive looks potentially interesting too. The graphics for it being a PS3 exclusive are pretty damn good.

The Last of Us, which is one of the games I (was) looking forward to, is PS3 exclusive. A shame, because I don't own a PS3.

The Last of Us I have been interested in since my dad showed me the trailer like, last year. It's one of my highly anticipated games of this year, and the game play didn't disappoint me. I thought the AI seemed pretty good, and the interaction with Ellie was cool. It may be a bit more brutal then I first expected, but honestly that isn't a problem at all for me. That game has really good graphics for a PS3 game too.

That one PS3 game I posted I'm just curious what exactly it's about. I'm all for playing a bad ass Ellen Page :P

Nope. I'm actually interested in the concept of the Wii U (names retarded though, at least the reason for the name). It looks interesting. We'll see though. I also heard that it's graphics ability is supposed to be better than the PS3 and Xbox 360.

I would like to point something out, though.

The developers market for investors. E3 is for investors. All gaming investors watch E3 and casual gaming is a growing market right now. If they can show the investors that they are duplicating the success of the Wii launch while catching the hardcore gamers too, they have done their job.

And why do they seem to be degenerating in terms of content? They got you. You're all in. So am I. You aren't going to stop playing video games because they're not launching with "Bloodfuckers: Revengenence"

There's a reason that McDonalds commercials almost exclusively feature minorities and it is because white people have basically all decided if they are or are not going to eat there.

We are the white people.

This E3 has been pretty terrible.

I actually got a bit excited for the BF3 Premium thing, but then, as usual when I looked at little more closely, its fucking terrible.

£50 subscription fee. Can't afford that. Already gave the fuckers £43 for the game.

*edit*

Only decent looking things are Dishonoured and Watch Dogs.

I can just about forgive Watch Dogs pretty poor looking combat system for its other cool looking things...

Considering how amazingly, overwhelmingly, expectation-smashingly shit the Wii was, I must admit to being sceptical.

My only problem with the Wii is the lack of good games on it. It seemed like only Nintendo made anything that worthwhile for it, sadly. It had a lot more potential then developers seem to of gotten out of it.

My problem with the Wii was the Wii.

It was fun if you'd owned it less than a week or if you had 2+ friends at your house, but not otherwise.

Yeah. The WiiU is supposed to be a "next gen" console, but its really just an attempt to catch up. The Wii was so far behind in hardware that no games were really made for it outside those kiddie minigame collections. The WiiU is actually said to be more advanced than the PS3, and that would be impressive. But what happens in 2 years when the PS4 and new Xbox are released? Itll be a mile behind again. And while the screen in controller is interesting, both other consoles announced things like it this week. The Vita can act a lot like the WiiU-mote and microsoft is trying to make your smartphone and tablet do the same without having to buy ANYTHING. So the WiiU is the best at the technology NOW. But the consoles its going to be judged against will destroy it in 2 years.

This is the mental process I went through before getting my Lenovo Y570.

And then you realize a lot of new PC games are console ports.

And then you try to blow up the sun.

My reaction: Meh.

I don't play console games anymore, they're lame. I only play Total War games on the computer.
