To the nations of the world:
On behalf of my people, I am pleased to announce that after centuries of isolation, the Draconid Monarchy of Dyste is opening its borders for the sake of establishing ties to the outside world.
I founded Dyste to give my people the chance to live their lives in whatever way they desired. They have chosen to live apart from other nations up until recently, where advocates of improving foreign relations emerged from the younger generations. I have handpicked several of these individuals to serve as our first ever ambassadors. In turn, I am offering you the opportunity to open up embassies of your own in Dyste.
We shall accept embassies from any nation, provided that they are for the sake of peace and friendship between our nations. We also ask that you be tolerant of any other species that choose to establish embassies with us; I do not wish for my country to get involved in an outside dispute.
Most Embassies will be established in our capital city, Valitora. There are three residential areas available for Embassies, each one near one of the three main districts of the city: the Market District, which is the primary area for merchants and businesses, the Knowledge District, the location of our Royal Academies and our public library, and the Culture District, home of Dyste's artists and performers, where concerts and stage plays are performed daily. Other locations are available upon request.
Every Embassy application will be read over by our interim head of government and foreign affairs, my dearest Queen Sarisa. When we elect our first Prime Minister, our new foreign affairs minister will take over the role.
In the near future, I am planning a meeting to discuss the future of Dyste and our ties to the outside world. All countries are welcome to send representatives, ambassadors or otherwise.

About Dyste:
Dyste is a beautiful, idyllic island nation founded and ruled by King Tyroth, a retired adventurer and national hero of his people. The primary species of Dyste are the Draconids, a large, long-lived dragonlike race that, despite their intimidating appearance, are a cultured and compassionate people whose primary desire is to live in peace. The people of Dyste are given immense personal freedoms and are generally allowed to do whatever they desire, provided it does not infringe on the rights of others.
Compared to most nations, Dyste has fairly weak technology, partially due to their limited contact with the outside world, partially due to using their own natural abilities rather than inventing machines to do the task for them. This is not to say that they are anti-technology, and are willing to learn from more advanced nations.

Consulates:
Consulates are now available for construction in Dyste. They can be built in one of three locations; Undellah, the City of Rest, a beach resort and the third largest city in Dyste, Auram, the City of Gold, an entertainment-based city, location of the Draconid's Casino, the second largest city in Dyste, and Calberona, the City of Magic, the magical research center of Dyste and fourth largest city. These locations are possible for Embassies, but note that they will take the place of a Consulate in that area and consulates in Valitora are not possible. If you wish to build a consulate, a description of the Consul would be nice (just copy the Ambassador information), but not necessary. Any nation that has an embassy but not a consulate may request one.
