It's a forum meme, a mild bit of satire on people who blame everything on their current hate-group. The idea is to pick an innocent group totally unrelated (and, for preference, unable to be related) to the question at hand, and blame them. Or Britney Spears.

It's also spam, and spam is stupid in Technical, where people are looking for answers to practical questions -- and where there's a distinct risk of being stomped on by a cuddly purple dinosaur. So I've told him to cut it out.
