"GEIJD, is this the hard-core socialist state one colony away from us down south."

"Yes, and they need our help, both Quirina and Viktorika."

"Uhmm. I see. Well, give me the exact telegram and I'll give it to ONSO for them to make work in this matter."

"And wait, I'm hearing of this nation called Ralkovia. What's his agenda here?"

As the xenophopic stance of the government furthers over 40% of the population goes out to seek and punish foreigners in the nation blaming them for their problems. As the recession grows the governor James Kingson has this to say...

The Governor of Providens was given autonomous powers by the Federation, therefore letting him to act on his own power. He orders the Intercontinental Department Defense Forces to go to the eastern border of the colony and build a fortress there. There are already 17 fortresses around the colony to protect themselves from any military threat. Their are already numerous number of troops that had been transported from Europe and from Insula Magna to Providens to provide additional support.

Meanwhile in Huangdist Teikoku, Quirine and Viktorikan troops had been sent and on their way via air transport to help the Huangdists to build stronger defenses. The High Military Command is still organizing the Order Of Battle to be sent to the Premier of Quirina and to be implemented by the IDDF. The Quirine consul of Huangdi became the interim vice-governor of Huangdi to be in-command of all forces there and help manage GEIJD the colony there.

Meanwhile, In the provincial capital of Videssos' Slavian land- the city of Ctesphion.
Strategos Bessarion knew what he would do, should rival nations start trying to annex High Videssian land. He was under orders from the Avtokrator, which expressly laid out what he should do should foreign powers try and take over the territory.

8.6 million troops were mobilizing around the military bases, along with the formidable navy that made Videssos the sea power that it has been for thousand of years, and the massive transports which could carry large numbers of troops to distant seas.

A majority- probably around 60 or 68 % of the population of Videssos was in the military, and a military that prised itself on being elite, and equipped with the best technology that Videssian coin, and military researchers could get. The airforce, and the biological, chemical and neuclear weapons devisions of the military were also of considerable ability, with nuclear weapons rivalling if not exceeding the power of well known bombs like the Tsar bomba, and research into Fusion bombs was also getting a headway too.

A Windmillian army of 16 million march to their borders. They fly the Ralkovian flag but are led by Windmillians. The Army has been ordered by the Arch Bishop of Central Yivakos to mobalize for war.

In a span of one year after the decision of the King and Duke Caius, Lignia's population dropped by 30%. From 100,000, it is reduced to 70,000. The 30,000 residents who left are either natives who do not want to step on Ralkovian soil, or citizens and expatriates who decided to leave Lignia by way of Robithia, whose government granted the Kingdom permission to dock ships and land planes along the western coast of Northern Yivakos, and return to either to Mauria or Tedoka itself. As a result Mauria's population ballooned to around 300,000 from 275,000. A new city on southwestern Maurus is now fully built by this time, called Meridioportus (Southport), to ease congestion in Maurus. Traders from western Slavia now arrive at Mauria through this city.

Life in Lignia under Ralkovian suzerainty mostly remained intact, as Ralkovia guaranteed the Tedokans' self-government of their internal affairs. Caius remained its Duke, but he is no longer answerable to King Valerius.

The Dominions were doing relatively well now that things had been returned to normal. The Dominion of Sentria was fully assimilated, with the influence of it's past as New Hope being negligible. (The main evidence being the quarantined area, where a plane carrying a nuclear bomb which was destined for the capital of the Dominion of Slavia was blown up by anti-aircraft weapons.)

The Helcasian Emperor was very keen to experiment with experimental politics - the use of which had declined under the rule of Dr. Isaac Von Helcasia, formerly Emperor. He had called upon all the Protectors of every Dominion to discuss his planned experiments.

At last, the Viktorikan army has been organized. They had been waiting for this moment, the time that they will now go to war with a less powerful nation. The Viktorikan republic was known to hire all kinds of killing entities and has been veteran in many warfare types. It was indeed a civilized mercenary nation. The Viktorikan army has formed their ORBATs and then drafted the orders so that the imminent invasion in the East may begin there. The socialist allies of Viktorika are also hoping for the greatest.

Meanwhile at the central hall of Providens, the newly-elected Viceroy of Providens (the former governor) orders the Colonial Military Command to make the ORBAT as soon as possible. He drafted his own strategy, show it to the CMC generals and planned the invasion separate from the Viktorikan plan. Although both nations have different interests, they still want the same goal, which is the land. Viktorika will loot every area of the enemy, while Quirina do the politics.

The Videssian defence systems across the colony were being strengthened, as the two enemies mobilized and started moving towards the border.

The THAAD missile defence systems were more or less prepared across strategic parts of the colony, so if the enemies wished to "soften up" the land before invading, they would probably have most if not all missiles destroyed in the air before they could fall and do damage.

Meanwhile, 15 Nuclear powered submarines, with the latest technology were edging towards the Quirni Battlefleets.

[The United Soviet Socialist Republic]

The Soviet army then begins mobilising the first troops across the border into Vedessos, the soldiers had orders to kill any enemy troops and not accept surrender. The soldiers were led by Zhukov King the nations Commander in chief who uses strong assualt tactics against enemies. The troops, highly confidential about the mission, marched their first steps across the border with their tanks and soldiers.

[Quirina]

The Viktorikans were appalled on what was in the heads of the Videssos. They are the combatants, not the Quirines. But with this unexpected misunderstood identification, the 31st and 32nd ONSO Rocket Artillery Corps start firing at the coming Videssos forces while seeing them forming their positions. The Stealth Reconnaissance Wing probing around the continent send the coordinates of the THAAD missile launching areas and gives them to the RACs. After receiving the coordinates, the rocket launchers started to fire the missiles towards the coordinates given, while the soldiers are waving flaglets and shouting with joy as the rockets were fired.

The Viktorikan Battle fleets already spotted the Videssos naval fleets. The 34th and 35th Battle Fleets then fired rockets, torpedoes and cruise missiles to the enemy navies very precisely. The sea is starting to make fog out of fired rockets.

Meanwhile in Yanina, the capital city of Providens, the delegates of Quirina and Viktorika summons the delegates of the Soviet Empire, Legokiller, GEIJD, and Robithia for a special conference. The conference was about the formation of a league in the continent, the first and official, the CONTINENTAL ALLIANCE OF SLAVIA with all the attending delegates as the founding members of the alliance. The alliance seeks to promote tranquil relations with each other, forbid war as instrument of national policy and despise unequal treatment on an entity.

As the first meeting was ended, the Quirine delegate asks for a ceremonial toast, saying, "For the victory of the righteous, fighting the enemies of the light, destroying the orders of imperialism and greed, PROSIT!" And the other delegates toasted shouting "PROSIT!" This was the mark of a new progress the nation is going through. The end of greed shall come to an end. The Wirbel troops prepared to join the Ralkovians at Vueola, their newly captured land. Thirty HB-3100 airships took off from Weiteg. They flew for several hours north-west. Eventually they arrived over Ralkovia. They would bring 112,500 more men for Ralkovia to use against the Soviet Empire. Another seventy airships would come later- which would be another 262,500 men.

The Capisarian Province is interested in joining this alliance. For the most part, we have been left out of this entire diplomatic stage. Our only relations are local ones with our neighbors.

In other places, the Capisarian Military had recently increased th ebase count in the area to 35, and now a total 500,000 troops were stationed throughout the province, who recently had gotten its first seat in parliament. Having gained a reputation already for being more militaristic than most of Capisaria. The flag of the Province was the only one NOT to feature the Capisarian Hallmark dove and Blue Sickle. Instead, the bird was absent, and the blue hammer and sickle was more prominent, with rays of light coming from it.

The Windmillian admarda aproched The United Soviet Socialist Republic's colony in Slavia.
274 battle and transport ships approche the colony. 686 planes fly over to the colony. The bombers drop there bombs on the soviet habour. The transport ships crach onto the shore as a army of 6,817,200 rush the shore line fighting there way through the Soviets.

The first Continental Congress was called upon, welcoming the Capisarian delegates as new members of the alliance. The new matters of concern is the involvement of HWE and Wirbel in the conflict against Ralkovia. "Without knowing that the situation is only and ONLY in the continent, no doubt we can win this war. The Ralkovians only hold vassal colonies, not national colonies. They only annex another nation's colony and make it theirs, a very sad part for her vassals." A Soviet delegate said and after that, the whole Congress laughily what the delegate had said, with the Viktorikan panel laughing also. He even asked what was funny, the Legokillerian delegate replied "It's funny because we had realized their poor situation while they didn't!" After that, the whole Congress laughed louder. After the laughters, they go back to real business. They planned on how the defence was going to be. The delegates then called upon their foreign affairs departments to update about their plans and merge it to be a grand allied strategy.

Meanwhile at the Eastern Front, the defensive was stiff but the rockets are already flaring the battle sky. The enemy aircraft were now spotted and the reconnaissance has given the enemy positions long before the 'offensive defense' started. They keep on updating the Front of what were the enemy locations while the artillery goes to fire rockets at the said locations. So far, there were massive explosions at the enemy's side but still unknown of the casualties. Also, there were no signs of enemy presence yet. Some soldiers were suspecting that they were maybe delayed because of the heavy artillery fire but nobody knows what really caught them in delay.

The 17 fortresses launched 5 Hyunmoo-3C supersonic cruise missiles each at separate target locations in Northern Slavia. Most promising targets were communication facilities, power plants, naval harbors, airports, some government structures (but not the central hall), and especially anti-air defenses. The missiles were modified to be incendiary, so whenever it hits to its target, it will leave a burning ground while the wild fire will spread and add more destructive range at the explosion area. More reinforcements will arrive and join at the Eastern Front to wait for the right time of invasion. The missile barrage shall last for 3 days, if the Soviets will first step in the Northern Slavian land. The missile barrage will soften the defences of the Videssos forces for a smooth invasion.

(Not at all. The fact that I just annexed him, gives me casus belli, or cause of war. The fact of the matter is that I can 'annex' any nation I want, its just a matter of actually taking them over. If they surrender or join me before I start killing their troops and civilians, then that is their prerogative.)


There was no need to send troops, Ralkovian capabilities had long extended past that point. Targeting computers would do most of the hardwork, in fact the targeting of Quirina and the USSR was simple enough with the large number of overhead satellites the Ralkovians had at their disposal. From predisposed targeting trailers as well as the forty Assault Zeppelins, nearly six hundred stealth hypersonic extended range missiles would be launched at speeds over Mach Eight to targets over one thousand two hundred kilometers away. Nearly undetectable to radar and flying at speeds that were way above the capabilities of the vast majority of interceptors, they would be guided down onto USSR and Quirinia air defense, power plants, factories, identified radar stations and air fields. These attacks would destroy the defensive capabilities of both nations colonies.

Next, Ralkovian Anti-Satellite weapons went active, from orbit, thousands of Brilliant Pebbles, water-melon sized tungsten projectiles would hurl forward smashing into enemy satellites and disabling them. Not even direct lasers could counter the solid tungsten projectiles that would quickly destroy enemy satellites. At nearly ten projectiles per enemy satellite, they would soon find themselves without GPS, RORSAT, or other recon satellite capabilities. Communication to their homeland would be cut off immediately.

Whilst Rockets and barrages flew towards Videssian territory, The large presence of the Videssian airforce patrolled the skies, especially over key areas such as missile defence areas, and areas of other military importance.
Videssos had fought some enemies with stealth planes before, so they knew to take precautions, and enemy stealth planes would be shot down by the many jets that planned patrols in such a manner that little or no airspace would be left out.

Soon the Strategos learnt from live feed, that cruise missiles were being fired at Videssos' territory. The Missile defence systems soon started launching their surface to air missiles, equipped with homing devices to target and then blow up adversaries' missiles.

The main Videssian infantry and armoured forces also had mobile surface-to-air missile launchers, and had some air support as well They were in positions that used the environment to their advantage, a few dozen miles from the border, though some advance forces, primarily snipers and reconnaissance forces were at the border, and camouflaged mine layers and other ambushing vehicles and troops had managed to set the traps already, should the opponents start moving across the border. . They used tactics that involved minimising casualties from bombardments by enemy artillery and other such means of distant attacking.

We are certainly open for negotiations, however, we must recognize your presence and establish diplomatic ties first. If technology shall be your ace against us, fine, we take that. But once territorial integrity comes into play, I'm very serious in that matter unlike you. We use diplomacy to gain what we want, but how come your vassals are disrespecting us? Teach them ethics, please. It reflects of what your empire is. By the way, to my point, I wish for no bloodshed since it is the last consideration, but we are open for negotiations since numbers are very welcome for suggestions.

And also, Quirine technology can counter your computer warfare. A bit embarrassing isn't it?

We have (commonly) nuclear missiles, stealth supersonic cruise missiles (my favorite), an organized and extensive military unit system, high class Alba computer software that can destroy any malware in the computer data of any of our technological weapons, and most especially our greatest weapon, the Field Limitary Effective Implosion Joint Armament or so-called FLEIJA, a computer-manned anti-particle nuclear missile. It can eat up a large mass of about a size of Delaware and minimally can destroy the whole Hawaiian Islands. So if you'll excuse me, O by the way, Qurine satellites don't orbit around the Earth, our satellites are sponsored by an international military organization/elite terrorist organization. So if you'll excuse me, I may think twice for the moment.

The missile were seemed to be effective. The fortresses were now then surrounded with anti-air defenses, from machineguns to rocket launchers and rocket pods. The fortresses are busy launching cruise missile, seemingly endless. The Recon Wing was still giving coordinates to the artillery corps, guarded by the infantry corps waiting for orders. There were large burning areas already at the colony, but casualties were not yet certain.

The naval battle fleets of Viktorika were now ordered to launch missiles all accord to the coordinates. Now, the fleets were smoking high as more rocket were fired from sea to land.

The Eastern Front is still waiting but on a defensive stance, waiting for the right time to attack.
