As for the australia issue, I had to revoke that when I turned it in, cause well the teacher was australian, for some reason she didn't mind the china part considering she hated chinese people XD. Also what part of its kept in the app didn't you see?
And the best part the reason I left last time was a steampunk WW1 and so on

He recieved magical education from the various Council instructors, and when he was 18, decided to join the Lictors, where he server for 4 years. *This course does not teach magic, but is rather used to teach people about magic.
**Magic users take names to protect their identities, as knowing someones true name (their whole name, including things like confirmation names and titles) increases your magical power against them.

From looking at your app the object morphing seems a bit over the top but it still isn't anything on his abilities. Telekinesis is a good power on it's own as is electricity manipulation. Putting those together then adding in flight, a very good secondary power, makes the character very powerful. Once you allow him to learn how something works just by looking at it he is a killing machine.

Turning one object into another isn't all that over powered. I mean, it's not like he can pick up a rock and turn it into a gun (Unless, of course, he had a very intimate understanding of firearms, ammunition, etc). Things that are made of multiple materials would, I assume, be harder to construct, as the power is driven by conscious thought, and more materials add complexity. Complexity requires more thought, and so on and so forth.
Is it so Jormengand?

So long as it's kept reasonable I don't have a problem with it. My issue is with Asterdan's powers.

Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.
