Ministry of Foreign AffairsRecently, the government of the Republic of Welsh Cowboy, under the encouragement of President Matthew Young, has decided to allow foreign nations to construct embassies within its borders, in order to foster friendly relationships with other nations of the world.
Therefore, the Welsh Cowboy Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites all interested nations to apply to build an embassy in the Republic. The application form is below.
The Embassy District
The Embassy District is located in the northern sector of Humdeia, the capital and also largest city in Welsh Cowboy. All embassies will be established, here among the traditional buildings, and tree-lined streets.
Consulates
Foreign nations may also offer to open consulates in some of the other large cities of Welsh Cowboy. The following cities are available for consulates:

Diplomatic Immunity
Standard diplomatic immunity applies in Welsh Cowboy. Several specific exceptions are listed below:
-Murder, rape, arson, and other violent or extreme crimes will result in arrest in accordance with Welsh Cowboy law.
-All weapons must be declared upon entrance to Welsh Cowboy. Violation of this will result in the ambassador's expulsion.
-National law shall take precedence on the embassy grounds, but Welsh Cowboy law applies outside of it.
