"You have better tell me where the hell that rocket artillery is coming from." Lieutenant General Christopher Reynolds shouted out the rear door of the M1130 Commander's Vehicle as an enemy rocket harmlessly exploded in the branches of a nearby tree sending hundred of splinters in all directions, fortunately no Korongolese troops were killed by that round and the large area of the drop zone meant that many enemy rockets were hitting nothing but some did get through wiping out entire squads with a single explosion.

"Counter-battery radar has picked up the location of the enemy rocket artillery but their range is beyond our howitzers so we cannot destroy them without sending troops out but they still need to regroup before making any form of attack." Sergeant Daniel Graham said as he ran towards the commander's vehicle clutching his helmet in one hand and his rifle in the other.

"Those intel bastards must have messed up big time, find some air support." Lieutenant General Reynolds replied as he helped the Sergeant climb into the commander's vehicle which was a derivative of the Stryker infantry fighting vehicle as a rocket hit one of the self-propelled guns in the distance causing a large explosion killing fifteen Korongolese soldiers.

"Yes Sir." Sergeant Graham said as he moved through the cramped command vehicle towards the radio before turning several dials to reach the same frequency as used by the fighters in the skies above the landing zone. "Lieutenant General Reynolds orders strike against enemy rocket artillery batteries located to the north east of landing zone." he ordered.

"This is Velociraptor One, consider those rocket artillery positions taken out." the crackled voice of Squadron Leader Jimmy Wheldon replied over the radio, approximately one hundred Korongolese fighters in the area would soon be bearing down on the enemy rocket artillery positions destroying their hopes of such an easy victory. The plan was to first engage any air defence systems located around the artillery with the four AGM-88E HARM anti-radiation missiles carried by each M.Cs 82 Illusion fighter, these missiles had a longer range than the S-125 fielded by the enemy and would be capable of destroying them without taking fire. The Illusion fighters would then proceed to take out the enemy artillery with the two 30mm autocannons fitted to each aircraft.

Korongolese fleet carriers were already involved in two other conflicts around the globe so the Defence Magistrate was forced to send a total of twenty regional patrol groups normally assigned to the waters of Vaalbara to combat piracy and other threats but they were well equipped for combat, the helicopters on board each Invincible class carrier had been replaced with British Aerospace Harrier Gr9s and the helicopters on board other vessels had been equipped for anti-submarine operations.

"Commodore, one of our anti-submarine helicopters has picked up a contact moving north east towards the last reported location of Fogare forces, should we attempt to sunk their vessels." Lieutenant Sarah McDonald said as the report came in via an encrypted data burst. Commodore Robert Fletcher nodded and the anti-submarine helicopters were on the move to engage the submarine contact.

Naval Task Group 55 was composed of twenty Invincible Class light carriers, forty Daring Class destroyers and one hundred Admiral Tanya Bennet Class patrol vessels. With the helicopters removed from the carriers there were only 140 NHIndustries NH90 helicopters available to conduct anti-submarine operations. Each of these helicopters was equipped with two Mark 50 torpedoes designed for use against fast and deep diving submarines and if the submarines were forced to surface they had door-mounted M134 miniguns.

Numerous petty nations have been using this civil war as a proxy war within the two nations. The Village in Transylvania wishes that these nations take their battle elsewhere. In order to make sure the rebels and constituents of Alruniea are protected, we shall send 250 Iowa-Class Battleships, equipped with the largest caliber gun in production to blockade any ship that is not bringing humanitarian aid into Alruniea. Ships have been ordered to destroy any ship that does not raise the white flag when commanded to do so.

Meanwhile on the front:
Shelling has begun on the capital city, yet the dictator has hid in his bunker. 750,000 of the Elite Zombie force are now only 3 miles away from the Capital City. With the beating of war drums, high command has said that they must play either Winter on Emerald Bay or Festivo to signal their attack as per war rules. If there is no response, we will begin to play Scootin' On Hardrock and begin our attack on the army of the dictatorship and all who support them.

The enemy artillery had been neutralized to the extent which allowed the Korongolese airborne forces to regroup and move away from their landing zone to a safer area. The Korongolese commanders did not know exactly how the enemy had so quickly discovered their location so quickly but the Imperial Intelligence Administration was already conducting background checks on the personnel that had known about Operation Thunderstorm, those with links to nations supporting the enemy would be arrested.

"Moments ago I received a parliamentary directive, our paratroopers are to mount a direct attack upon the enemy capital to search for important leaders of the government described in the Alruniean deck. Get in contact with our ships off the coast because I need to know if cruise missile support can be provided to our forces." Lieutenant General Reynolds announced to his officers inside the M1130 Command Vehicle who quickly drew up plans for the assault. The Alruniean deck was a normal set of fifty two cards issued to all Korongolese forces in the theater but each one had an image of an important government officer.

"Commodore Fletcher cannot give cruise missile support at this time but promises support from Harrier aircraft currently preparing for operations, they should airborne within the hour." Sergeant Daniel Graham replied after sending the request for support to Naval Task Group 55 which was also hunting down Walsharis submarines with their helicopters.

"I had not expected naval air support, this is probably better than cruise missiles. Inform our artillery elements to be prepared with GPS guided munitions to support our infantry and armor when they move into the capital. This will be urban warfare so I do not want our light tanks going in without infantry support, order them to proceed at the same speed as infantry." Lieutenant General Reynolds ordered.

Twenty minutes later the Korongolese soldiers forty thousand paratroopers were on the move towards the capital which was reported to have already been surrounded by friendly forces tasked with replacing the government. The 510 Mark F3 155mm self-propelled howitzers would remain on the edge of the city, the GPS guided ammunition would mean that rounds could be dropped on enemy positions with near-pinpoint accuracy to support the infantry where ever possible. The light tanks would not be left unescorted just as the Lieutenant General had ordered, he had experienced hundreds of enemy club-armed soldiers banging on his tank's hatches during the conflict in Reardistan.

In that case, all experimental weaponry in the KOPB. Our non lethal liquid crowd control agent shall be used. Codenamed liquid inferno once it touch's a persons skin it creates a unbearable burning sensation. One test subject described the pain as this "Imagine i cut, lets say, your arm to the point your bleeding. And lets say i do the old fashioned style of antiseptic and put Iodine on it. That alone would burn like Hell. But lets say i on accident put salt into said wound as well. Think of that much pain, when you were already in pain to begin with. Thats what i felt with that today. I have a vary high pain tolerance, but that s*** hurt like f***..

Liquid Inferno is nothing special, just come Lime powder mixed with water. But that's not the only part of it. It comes in three classes of effectiveness. Class's I, II, III. Class I is the most deadly and dangerous of them all, it contains the Lime/Water mix, but with Bleach added to boost its effect. But since Bleach is vary harmful to the Environment and people, Class I is no longer in production. Class II is less dangerous than Class I and contains a mix of Water, Pepper Spray, Lime. Even throw Class II is not as lethal as Class I, its still vary powerful stuff and should be handled with extreme care. Class III is the most safest and least harmful of them all, It just contains Water and Lime. Note that all of them are water based. That was installed to make it easily to wash the stuff off of the person your trying to contain. And to make it more environmentally friendly (except for Class I, II). And to numb its effect some. So it does not come out full power and harm the person forever.

The Rod from God missiles will also be launched today at 18:00 (6:00 PM EDT). And should reach the locations in half a hour per missile. Hope these things help the rebel forces.
