How is your nation portrayed in foreign video games?

The title says it all. Take note that I'm not talking about video games from your nation, but from other nations. And to anyone who's thinking of posting "we don't really care," this isn't a question of opinion, so don't post.

The Imperium often gets mixed portrayals in video games originating in other countries, particularly American games. Some games portray Imperial soldiers acting as allies, and the Imperial Guard are a multiplayer faction fighting against OpFor in Modern Warfare 2, and against the African Militia and Spetznaz in Modern Warfare 3. Other major games, such as Battlefield 3, EndWar and Homefront, portray the Imperial military as genocidal monsters. Homefront in particular has received a strong condemnation from the Imperial government for its extremely negative portrayal of Imperial soldiers. Other games still put Imperial soldiers in the player's crosshairs, but portray them in a neutral or even sympathetic fashion.

One Japanese videogame named Aleste 2 was less of a game and more of a documentary. Unfortunately the human supremacists (who by nature are wicked due to not wanting to be eaten) made it so the cowardly butcher Ellinor Waizen is a heroic protagonist fighting virtually alone against hordes of Vagant ships.

Ko-oren is usually portrayed as an overly pacifist nation, and even in times when a military operation is necessary, Ko-orenites would still choose for a diplomatic solution. Ko-oren is otherwise used for a silent or distant nation, but usually not as an avoiding country.

Most of the time, we are portrayed as slightly aggressive Reptilians who do not take kindly to being insulted or attacked on a national level and are not above outright annihilating entire countries should we feel it is the best course of action.

The FRRP has often been portrayed of starting WW3,in games such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare,Ace Combat Assault Horizon,etc.But that was with a differant government.

The nation's people are portrayed as kind people with a lush enviroment

However the government is made to seem like the good guys, only to become the bad guys after the protagonist finds out that we used him for our imperialistic ways

We are unaware if any video games have portrayed us in anyway. We'd have to imagine they wouldn't because Eeri isn't known as a hot and exciting tourist destination.

In individualistic societies, videogames portray Ertae as a nation falling to evil forces, a nod at the communist nations we are far closer to. There aren't many video games that we know of in communistic societies, but the very few that do exist portray Ertae as the place of peace and moderation, where enemies can come together without fear of violence or undue judgement.
not that many video games exist in late 1975.

I could think of worse images to have to deal with.

Glenmere is usually depicted as a nation of Christian ultra-capitalists with a small, do-nothing government apparatus, filled with generic right-wing people and a stock military.

This is assuming we are in a role which requires any details, and not just a peripheral standing.

We are the huge, isolated, resource-rich, militarily weak nation many agressors want to take over and allies worry about defending. The major cities along the coast are pretty easy to take over, but wiping out resistance groups in the mountains is almost impossible.

We are not vampires and or cavemen. When humans were in caves we were hunting megafauna on the steppes.

Rather good, sometimes neutral, We basically introduced the concept of video games to some civilizations just like what we did with the carrier.

One Turian game that speaks out is how badly the Turian Military would have fallen to the UNSC if the Citadel failed to comply to the UNSC and RSN's joint fleet demands, called it Lost Hierarchy, rather controversial over their as some dismiss it and others agreed that it would be a sad truth.

Popular games like Honour Bound and Gladius portray the Arcturans as a proud, socialist, warrior nation, like a modern-day Roman empire. But some, like Demon Wars, show us as sadistic demonic cultists with an oppressive communist dictator.
