Steam/Diesel/Biopunk war anyone? (OOC, SIGN UP, OPEN)

Anyone up for a steam/diesel/biopunk war?
I've noticed that most of the RP's are from WWII-onwards in Tech, and thought it'd be fun to try something different for a change. Not to mention since my nation is mostly steam/dieselpunk in RP format anyway.

RULES:
None of the generic "Lol i have a superbiglazorkannen" stuff. Golden rule and whatnot.
No nukes, since technology hasn't developed that far.
Have the military pop be sustainable, if you are unsure about what is too big, google WWI military percentage and try to be close to one of the real life nations. The max I'll take is 25%, and that is only if your nation can give a good reason to be able to support that many abroad.
If you don't know if something is legal, ask one of your allies or me for clarification.

Dragonian's enjoy a victorian lifestyle with mechanical servants and rotating houses. Meanwhile American expatriates have brought the idea of eugenics and british expatriates have brought interest in genetics
Tech highlights (show off a little): Those who lost legs or arms can recieve mechanical appendages. Houses are rotated along an advanced series of mechanical levers. All trains and consumer products are mixed with metal. Every thing is run by a central station that connects all machines. Industry is all run by water and machinery allow the people to enjoy elegant pursuits. Next to nobility, the scientists and engineers help keep dragonian cities up and running. The beginnings of genetic manipulation are being done by Dragonian scientists. Their biggest invention yet is the ARD.

Tech highlights (show off a little): We have created Clockwork operated mechanical organs that can reanimate deceased beings, We have crafted Steam Operated Jet Zepplins (Only going as fast as 45 Km/hr) and have steel plated steam powered battle armour, among many other things.

Technology type: Steam with a hint of Bio.

Tech highlights: Wataugan engineers are committed to excellence, a fact displayed by the quality of its Zeppelin Core. A certain level of automated innovation is also in evidence, like steam powered horses used to pull buggies and carriages. While mechanical servants do exist, clockwork soldiers used for front-line military service is still a ways off - mostly due to the conservative nature of the Wataugan military establishment. On a side note, a clique of dogged young scientists in the Dominion's capital has recently begun delving into exciting new areas of research; like telekinetics and rocketry.

Tech highlights: Think 40k in steampunk. Space Marines are Aether/Air Marines, the Army is the Imperial Guard, though by no means cannon fodder. The psychics are... still psychics/Jedi. And the Imperial Navy is a large fleet of ships that has limited operations off NS Earth, Sram/Mars, and Luna (note: bar my factbook on this: my void ships and airships are the same, but those confined to NS Earth are known as Air Ships and part of the Air Fleet). Some systems, such as the Tolkien system, are being fought over and have large amounts of troops dedicated to the fighting there. Check factbook for more.

Note: I'm willing to go all out on this RP. Many different threads with different events (could be pertaining to the war or note) would be fine with me, or just pack in a lot of characters in the RP. Normally RP as Morrdh, but I've had an itch to take part in a Steampunk RP and hence I'll be using this nation.

Military %: 5%

Technology type: Steampunk, based upon the wargame Warmachine...chiefly the Mercs.

Tech highlights: The Gwentian Army is focused on using firearms to soften up an enemy before doing into melee, so pure close combat and cavalry units make up a larger portion of the Army. What makes the Gwentian Army is the use of steam-powered constructs called Warjacks that are controlled by spellcasters commonly called Warcasters, though average combat duration of a typical Warjack is around an hour to an hour and a half barring damage. Navy is mostly made up of wooden-hulled ships with side paddlewheels, but ironclads have started to come into service. No air force.

Technology type: (Steam, Diesel, Bio, etc.) Steam based on Englands gilded age and industrial revolutions. Ingary cares little for the health of the world and continues to mine and build chimneys to billow large quantites of soot and ash into the sky. Many refer to Ingary as the coal state with its vast quantites and that most of the land has been converted to industrial purposes.
Tech highlights (show off a little): "Slow and steady wins the race..." This phrase has resounded through out of Ingary's military history. Ingarians tend to shun all bio tech instead prefering the cold hard steel plateing and mechanical science. Insetead of smaller robotic units Ingary invests mainly in leviathan ships or land ships to serve as moving batteries. These dreadnoughts of the land are powerful opponents though relativly few in numbers due to the high cost. Though Ingary does imploy smaller steam soldiers to cover and sweep out the enemy with rifles. Ingary also invests in A7V tanks to protect troops on a more personal level.

I don't really know, I was thinking more like an alternate world-style thingummy, where instead of having Germany and the US, we would have whatever we make ourselves.

Tuthinia, Norfolk Lands, Gwentia, and Knights of Kings are accepted. Ben boys, can you try to keep on-planet for this one? I love 40k and whatnot (Chaos Daemons!) but I don't want anyone getting blown to kingdom come with something that is hovering out in the mesosphere when they can barely swat something less than a mile up without missing horribly.

Any ideas for Alliances? I was thinking the generic "militaristic empires VS freedom-loving republics."

Tech highlights (show off a little): Still uses tracked Steam-tanks instead of the walkers. Famed for using large artillery strikes and poison gas indiscriminately. Deceased infantry are sometimes recycled into the Totenkorps, which uses steam power and clockwork to return soldiers back onto the field. The Totenkorps are almost nonexistent at the start, and grows in influence the longer the war drags on. Hydrogen-powered Dirigibles are the main airpower, and Krakke has a almost nonexistent navy.
