The small landmass on Greater Deinstad's eastern continent has gone from a small over-zealious socialist regime of Xenophobes based on an old monarchy, to a thriving nation. After 4 years of rebuilding and literally trillions of dollars spent following the civil war, Dukopolious had returned to it's rightful position on the international stage. As one of the only Stratocratic Monarchies in history, Dukopolious reigns both supreme over the category, and the title. To this day, Dukopolious stands as one of the strongest nations of it's size, and is well respected across the globe.

From our delegates in the World assembly, to our ambassadors around to globe, to our representatives on various councils in various alliances, Dukopolious' diplomatic prowess is matched by few of it's size. This prowess especially flourishes in the three largest cities of the nation; The ancestral birthplace the capital of Weimington, The main military city serving as one of the region's largest ports named after the bloodline of kings is Windburnia, along with the economic hub of the nation where trade flourishes is the former capital and the largest city Dukopia.

We open our doors to the world, for here in the Dukopion Ministry of Foreign Affairs your nation may set up an Embassy, Consulate, speak with our ministers and delegates, organize diplomatic talks and treaties, or simply communicate with our government all via Communique. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is headed by His Royal Highness, Joseph Windburn, brother of His Majesty the King. Any communique regarding the Government or Military should be addressed to Minister Windburn, and any communique regarding the State itself, or extremely important matters should be addressed directly to His Majesty.

Dukopolious is a Stratocratic Monarchy, meaning the Military is the state, and approximately 95% of the population is trained to serve the nation, from a young age. The remaining 5% is split up into 4% government and Under 1% other. Meaning offshore tribal, foreign ambassadors, tourists, Warehouse owners, etc.

Every soldier is a soldier first and civilian second. They are skilled in both warfare and a person skill they have as a side job when not deployed in times of peace. Soldiers are seperated into Orders, each order contains approximately 40 million Dukopions, each has a Ground Order structure, much like a underground municipality.

In Dukopolious the military is structured into the Air force, the Navy and the Army, with other factions including the Praetorian Order and the Royal Guard.

As one may see, Females mostly take up officer ranks while the large majority of pure infantry is male. This was conducted in the latest order census, with very approximate results due to various Orders not being able to report in. The elite orders (Royal Guard and Praetorian Orders) are heavily populated by female soldiers simply because in Dukopolious, females tend to be very good at what they do, whereas males are all around decent.

In addition to having it's hosting embassies, Dukopolious has various embassies and consulates across the globe. Here is a list of Dukopion embassies and ambassadors abroad.

In Dukopolious we strive to keep international relations strong. due to the fact that our foreign population makes up under 0.01% of the nation's total population, we have little need for full embassies, furthermore building masses of embassies is unnecessary and costly. Due to this, in our international city, Windburnia, which is also one of the region's largest ports, we have built massive Consulate buildings currently able to accommodate over 50 delegations.

His Royal Highness, Prince Windburn, Minister of Foreign Affairs, has hereby officially welcomed any nation in the world to apply for a consulate. Most will be declined, but the ones which are accepted will be highly defended by the Royal Guard and a personal staff if needed, along with highly furbished, and given 50,000 Marrets for re-furbishing to fit your delegation's every need.

In all 5 consulate buildings there are 3 floors given to each delegation. They can host approximately 30 people. This means there are 33 floors per building, including the lobby, basement level, and top floor.

Please note, Dukopolious is opposed to slavery in every form, and you are risking your nation's sovereignty by even addressing the Crown. We will not accept any applications from states which impose slavery unless explicitly invited to apply for a consulate or embassy.In addition, highly fascist nations will most often be declined.

In addition, all Diplomats have immunity meaning other than being expelled from the nation (with a 72 hour warning along with heightened security during such time) resulting in the closure of the consulate, they may not be considered as a foreign threat. Even during times of war, we will maintain a consulate to ensure that diplomatic options are always available.
All members of a foreign consulate, including civilians must adhere to the following terms:

Rules And Rights
I. Consulates within Dukopolious are required to be in place to represent the Home Nation. This means all actions by the Diplomatic Mission will have to be justified and explained to the Dukopion Crown and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

i.i. Applications that do not abide by this requirement will be rejected without further consideration.
I.ii. Consulates which fail to abide will have their Diplomatic Staff, with the exception of locally hired staff, along with security and service staff deported back to the home nation following a 120 Hour eviction notice.

II. All Ambassadors are granted immediate diplomatic immunity for their representation of a sovereign nation.

II.i Invalid if serious crimes are committed, this includes Murder, Assault, Espionage and more. For a full list, see the "Dukopion Law Book, section R:1.II Ambassadorial Crime
II.ii. Diplomatic immunity is not granted to any other member of the Consulate with the exception of a Secondary Ambassador whom would represent the home nation in the ambassador's absence. This only applies once the secondary ambassador is replacing the primary ambassador.

III. The land plot in which the consulate is established upon is under the sovereign of the Dukopion, however, is owned by the home nation.

III.i. Land shall be maintained by the owner of the embassy. Regular maintenance checks may be requested free of charge to the Diplomatic Mission.

IV. Once diplomatic staff leave the grounds of the diplomatic building, they are to be treated as foreign civilians retaining their diplomatic status.

IV.i. This means that weapons are not permitted outside the grounds of the embassy building without being registered in the Dukopion Weaponry Index.

V. All weapons shall henceforth be inspected by the Dukopion Royal Guard before entering the sovereign of the Consulate A maximum of one rifle per security staff member, two side arms per security staff member and one other weapons (sword, knife, pepper spray, tazor, etc) per security staff member are allowed. Diplomatic staff may have a single Side arm or one other weapon. Armed vehicles is strictly prohibited unless explicit consent is given by the Royal Guard. Armoured vehicles are allowed.

V.i. Uncertified ownership of weapons within the Stratocratic Monarchy is considered to be a serious concern and crime, and all diplomatic staff will be notified and repetitive offences will result in immediate vacancy of the Consulate

Consular Buildings

Gavnos Plaza is one of Dukopolious' most famous buildings, formerly used by buisness executives, The Dukopion State purchased this hotel from "Gavnos Suites Inc." last year. It wass one of Dukopolious' most favoured destinations for buisness execuctives and foreign ministers. Wiith a great view of the Financial district, this is a Gavnos Plaza.

Raglan Circ is the only consulate office built and designed solely by Dukopion architects. It is 3 years old and paid for by the state, named after Ralgan Forson, The architect who designed it. This building is basically semi-spherical with the back having a 'slice' in it, causing locals to refer to it as "The pie building'. It has an amazing view of the Windburnia Skyline along with the international Quarters making it an ideal spot for sight-seers.

Qilat Junction is the only consulate building built before the Dukopion civil war. It is rich in history as it was the very location where the Loyalist forces devised many attacks on the hostile communist army. It was made by a foreign architect who died years before it's completion, a statue commemorating architect Juan Qilat stands in the main lobby. It has an excellent view of the entire city's main canals as it stands in the centre of the city.

As one of the nation's newest buildings, it has been fully constructed by Dukopion Soldiers to honour the very location the Dukopion Flag was raised during the civil war. This is one of the most prestigious buildings in the nation, and known over the entire region. It is 33 floors of pure luxury. With an astounding view of all the Foreign quarters and Windburn's many harbours, this is one of the prime destinations for any consulate.

Named after Lyran Order Marshal John Essex of the 11th Order, this building was made as a tribute to the Lyran saviours. It's unique design gives it a very complex yet intriguing assortment of rooms and floors. This building was usually visited by state officials, prior to being converted into a consulate office. It is the only building with a helicopter pad on top, and is near the Windburn's Wall.

His Royal Highness, Prince Windburn, Minister of Foreign Affairs, has hereby officially welcomed any ally of Dukopolious, holder of a treaty or agreement with Dukopolious or nation within any of the following regions [Listed Below] to apply for an embassy. Any nation without ties with Dukopolious whom do not fit criteria will automatically be denied.

Nations which have been granted embassies will be assured that they will be granted the highest defence possible, by both a full Royal Guard Squadron, and a member of the Praetorian Guard from outside, and may also defend from within, should the embassy request it. In addition, Nations may submit their own designs for the embassy, or have it designed to Dukopion Standards. The full cost will be paid by the Dukopion government, and built as well if requested.

For nations which currently have a consulate: Should your request for an embassy be accepted, your consulate will be closed down and prepared to be transferred to a vacant slot, to be filled by another nation.

In Dukopolious we have various programs to fit every need of our Foreign diplomats, their families, and civilians.
Due to this, Dukopolious is happy to announce the Ambassadorial Education Plan.
Ambassadorial Education Plan [AEP]

A Dukopion teacher,
Instructing an Ambassador's Child.

The Ambassadorial Education Plan [AEP for short], is a program for private tutoring of all children of ambassadors. Why? Simply because all schools in Dukopolious teach the highly militaristic curriculum, and are taught for separate Orders. The private ciriculum may be customized by your delegation, home nation or by the teacher depending on your choice. This program educates anyone in between the ages of 4 and 20. The private education plan is not compulsory, but is the only way that your children can receive a state of the art education in our nation. This plan is fully paid by the Dukopion State, although donations are welcome and appreciated. If you'd like to enrol your child or adolescent in the AEP, please check off the "Yes" box under your Consulate or Embassy application.

Ave,

After much discussion between my staff and myself, we've come to the conclusion that it is in the best interests in the Imperium Antiquum to seek ties with the Stratocratic Monarchy of Dukopolious. However, we see that we cannot apply for a straight out embassy immediately, which is accepted by all means. Therefore, we'd like to apply for a Consulate for the time being until we're eligible for a full embassy. Our application is attached along with this letter, and I personally hope it is accepted.

• Slavery: Heavily Against - the Sea Lion Marines operate hundreds of raids on pirate and slave vessels every month, and those who are caught are brought before the law and tried for their crimes, especially if their vessel was in Kylarnatian waters when it was raided.
• Imperialism: An Old Practice - Although it is no longer an aim of ours, we will still colonize certain states if it is deemed necessary by the Imperialis Senatus.

• Monarchy: State Importance - The Caesar is the power behind the Imperium Antiquum. The very inspiration that turns the cogs and gears of the populace, who drive the very machine which makes Kylarnatia great.
• Stratocracy: Influenced in the State - The State has a very high favor with the military, and the Caesar acting as the head of all Armed Forces gives the military a fair amount of power.
• Communism: Frowned Upon - The Imperialis Senatus and Populi Aula have voiced their distaste of Communism in the past, however as we're a state of open minds we allow people to follow the practice if they believe in it.
• Capitalism: Practiced - The State has accepted that Capitalism is a system that allows state integration into the world market, and is at present necessary to the fundamental survival of the state.
• Pacifism: Practiced - Although the military does have strong influence in the Imperialis Senatus, the state does try and reach a peaceful agreement before enacting any type of mobilization for war.

• Dukopolious: Dukopolious is of interest to the Imperium Antiquum, as we feel they have much to offer us, and vice versa. We aim for strong ties in future.
• Lyras: Lyras is an impressive military state. We've purchased armaments from them in the past, and generally make an observation of Lyran Arms from time to time.
• Greater Dienstad: Kylarnatia currently has holdings within Greater Dienstad [Kylarnatian Islands] and wishes to create stronger ties with the rest of the region.
