Just so you know, the use of the term 'sheep' 'sheeple' or any other herd animal-based terminology in conjunction with an exhortation to 'think outside the box' or stop going along with groupthink generally indicates that the speaker is actually more closed-minded on the subject than the people that he/she is addressing. 2. What do you think? People see shiny white lights and they think its a God, I bet thats how the concept of god came into place. Another part of the ancient astronaut theory is that humans were continually wiped out by "superior" humans and we are in what is called "the earth project" in other words, we might just be experiments in a petri dish. And when we aren't a "successful" project we're wiped out so that our superiors can start over again. It might explain why jesus was so perfect they say and they also say he might not have had DNA...which...I don't really believe. But maybe the mayans were helped by aliens to make the pyramids and were visited by them for "examination. And they were told "hey heads up, we don't think its working out soo...yeah...we either wipe ya out in 2012, or we come back and visit again and give you the secrets the future holds and help you prosper with our future tech and blablabla" so the mayans panicked and made their calender end in 2012 hey, I don't know, i'm totally guessing...considering that they were really good at astronomy, predicted so many things right and somehow all mysteriously disappeared its sketchy...or maybe 2012 is the technological singularity? I don't know..my personal belief is that we probably make contact with aliens somehow in 2012, whether those aliens be human or not.

I don't know why so many people have some kind of revulsion to the idea of extra terrestrials and the possibility that they have had a hand in human development, its like some kind of psychological defense mechanism to stop them from having a breakdown because of the threat of destroying their established and entrenched idea of reality.

Instead of just ridiculing and making fun of very unique, out of the box ideas and theories can we just answer the question in the title and then discuss the repercussions if it ended out being true, its effects on human society and culture and politics and religion and how you personally would react to such a dramatic change in reality?

Personally if Ancient Aliens was disclosed by major religious and political institutions with records reaching back thousands of years I would be fascinated and it would come as a bit of a shock and surprise but overall I think it would be exciting and it wouldn't take long for an Adjustment of reality at all

Did aliens visit Ancient Civilizations? I think its possible, who knows what their motivations were or why they ended up leaving (or maybe they never did leave) but I don't think anybody can claim indefinitely that they know the truth of the matter, although some people probably Think/believe that they know the truth

Try oranges studded with whole cloves. They smell great and if you throw them hard enough, the cloves open the skin for the acidic juice, which always reminds the solipsist how wrong they are.
