ACKNOWLEDGING Lone Wolves United (LWU) as one of the oldest and most notorious raider regions,

NOTING that Lone Wolves United, which frequently griefs regions despite the detested nature of the practice, is among the most prominent raider organizations in the world,

DEFINING "griefing" as the act of damaging or destroying a region and possibly re-founding it to use it as a trophy,

RECOGNIZING Lone Wolves United as having recently entered and having forcefully gained control over active regions with long-established communities such as Anarchy and Gardeshia.

NOTING that LWU successfully thwarted others' attempts to enter the regions and protect them and their citizens from harm,

FURTHER RECOGNIZING that Lone Wolves United, thanks to the espionage committed by the leader of the attack on Gardeshia which allowed this leader to gain influence in the target region, was able to overrun and destroy Gardeshia despite the fact that the region had a founder and an active community,

APPALLED by the fact that Lone Wolves United has been using such tactics for years without having been condemned by the Security Council,

NOTING that Lone Wolves United has influenced the staging of successful coups of the governments of both The East Pacific and The West Pacific,

FURTHER NOTING that Lone Wolves United is responsible for banning The Game Administrator's Realm of SalusaSecondus from its home region twice,

BELIEVING the aforementioned actions to be heinous and physically detrimental to established communities of the world, and, as such, believing that this body should acknowledge said actions accordingly,

Hereby Condemns Lone Wolves United.

NOTING that AMOM has had a profound effect on the world; most notably the World Assembly and the nations that abide within it, by authoring and co-authoring multiple World Assembly proposals that stretch back to the infancy of the Security Council, including, but not limited to:

• SC#16 - Repeal Liberate the Security Council
• SC#26 - Commend The Joint Systems Alliance
• SC#30 - Commend 10000 Islands
• SC#37 - Condemn NAZI EUROPE
• SC#62 - Repeal "Condemn Swarmlandia"

and that AMOM has authored nine (one General Assembly, eight Security Council) World Assembly laws and has co-authored numerous others, making AMOM one of the most prevalent and successful authors of World Assembly and Security Council proposals in the history of this Assembly,

REALIZING that the contributions made by AMOM, giving special note to the multiple Security Council proposals authored by AMOM, has commended notable regions, successfully fought to remove self-condemnations, condemned raiders, crashers, and warlord Delegates, and that these actions have resulted in a more balanced and just world,

IMPRESSED that AMOM recently took a stand against the "renegade Delegate" Punk Reloaded (PR) of the West Pacific with SC#65 "Condemn Punk Reloaded" for the unjustified war that PR declared on the South Pacific and other atrocities committed and noted in SC#65, noting that PR was one of the most powerful and influential Delegates at the time and that the West Pacific is one of the largest and most powerful regions in the world,

AFFIRMING that AMOM and the nation Topdop are controlled by the same administration and government, and that Topdop was the architect nation behind the democratic establishment of government in the region Osiris, in which Topdop made it possible for the natives of the region to vote for their own Delegate and to establish their own regional government,

DISTINGUISHING AMOM, alongside Krulltopia and Todd McCloud, as a principle founding nation of the successful Modern Pacific Alliance (MPA), an accord that seeks to unify the traditionally isolated "Pacific" regions (the Pacific, the North, East, South, West Pacific), and recognizing that such a cross-regional pact has never been accomplished between these massive regions, signifying an incredible political feat,

ACKNOWLEDGING that AMOM has already left a mark in the World Assembly by authoring multiple laws and statutes throughout the years that have stood the test of time, and that these actions alone will codify AMOM as an efficacious and outstanding member of the World Assembly and the world at large,

BELIEVES, however, that AMOM deserves further recognition for the efforts and reasons described above as a prolific author of lawful statutes and champion of justice and order in the world,

Repeal "Condemn Thatcherton"

Argument: The Security Council,

RECOGNIZING that the destruction of a region is generally frowned upon, however shunning the use of the Security Council to settle petty squabbles such as the one between two nations of "The Federation of Kievan Rus,"

NOTING that the “peaceful region of The Federation of Kievan Rus,” during Thatcherton’s reign as its World Assembly delegate, was so “peaceful” because its twelve to fifteen member nations, many of which could easily have been puppet states of foreign entities, lacked the motivation to cause anything to occur within their region,

FURTHER NOTING that this region’s members, including its founder, also lacked devotion to The Federation of Kievan Rus and did not seek to preserve the region in which they inhabited and noting that this region’s founding nation (which was ultimately ejected by the delegate and just so happened to be under the control of the nation which authored this condemnation) failed to protect the region from Thatcherton despite having the power to do so,

BELIEVING that this region had already been abandoned “to wither into obscurity” by every involved nation but Thatcherton, and thus believing that there was no active regional community to be destroyed by Thatcherton’s actions and that Thatcherton was committing no great evil by putting this region down before it would have inevitably succumbed to stagnation anyway,

DISGUSTED by the hypocrisy committed by "The Wreaked," the author of this condemnation, and noting that The Wreaked urged nations to leave The Federation of Kievan Rus (after the passage of the condemnation of Thatcherton) during other nations' attempts to set up a government for the region,

THUS DISCERNING that The Wreaked took action to prevent "efforts to restore the region to ... glory," which the nation supposedly supported while the condemnation was being voted on,

DISFAVORING the distasteful choice of this resolution’s author to include regions such as The Commonwealth of Crowns and The Empire of United Nations in this condemnation and portray them in a negative light because they were not willing to comply with the persistent and annoying demands of a nation they had never heard from before,

FEARING that this condemnation may have been a way of exacting petty revenge on Thatcherton and on two regions which were not involved in what occurred in The Federation of Kievan Rus, a publicity stunt deliberately carried out by the region’s former founder, and/or a ridiculously misinformed and only partially factual farce (as only about two or three nations have actually claimed to have witnessed what occurred in The Federation of Kievan Rus and these nations’ claims cannot be confirmed by any solid evidence),

HEREBY REPEALS the Condemnation of Thatcherton.

Condemn Milograd

APPREHENSIVELY disclosing the horrendously macabre and highly classified dossier of Milograd, which includes religious and racial intolerance, unacceptable police policies, obstruction of democratization and many other grevious and unjustifiable acts against its peers in the international theatre,

HORRIFIED by the prohibition of Catholicism within Milograd and the mass eradication of Catholic citizens on multiple occasions,

FURTHER HORRIFIED by Milograd's xenophobic policies which deliberately classify non-whites as non-human and therefore allowing these people to be hunted as if they were animals,

ABHORRING Milograd's use of VX nerve gas against protesters in the Milogradian cities of Argyz, Kremho, and various other locations, which resulted in the death of over 40,000 Milogradian citizens,

NAUSEATED by the unjust abuse of authority and poor conduct of Milograd's Resource Initiative Urban Police (RIUP), the members of which frequently rape and assault innocent civilians in order to maintain order; the RIUP often kidnaps and murders overwhelming numbers of "threats to the state,"

DISGUSTED by the delusional leader of Milograd, Dh'arco Rahavuhra Jukill, primarily for his decisions that resulted in the demise of many of the world's idyllic democracies and has intentionally stymied the progress of many democracy-advocating organizations such as the Polaris Initiative,

REGRETFULLY ACKNOWLEDGING the Milogradian invasion of the Judean lands and the forced migration of millions of native Trescotters, leading thousands to their deaths, and others to their forced displacement,

SHOCKED by the infamous genocide of Argatov, which resulted in the loss of over 80,000 innocent lives,

APPALLED by Milograd's intolerance of all ideologies not authorized by the Milogradian government in the Milogradian "Belief Authorization Act,"

ADAMANT that any nation that has committed such atrocities both domestically and internationally deserves proper punishment,

HEREBY CONDEMNS Milograd.

RECOGNIZING Unibot as one of the pioneers of the Security Council, including authoring a commendation of Starblaydia for sporting achievements, a Commendation for The Cat Tribe for general debating, a condemnation for Greater Tezridan for international incidents, a condemnation for Flag Thief, and a Liberation for Greece,

NOTING that Unibot was one of the main proponents of Liberation Resolutions as a method of conflict resolution for defenders and not simply a tool for the worst of the worst situations such as what once was in Belgium, and consequently Unibot has helped restore native communities via a Liberation Resolution six times,

ACKNOWLEDGING Unibot as one of the premier defenders of this modern era in NationStates, in terms of skill, leadership, and strategy,

RECOGNIZING Unibot as the creator of the United Defenders League, a defense organization based on a concept of individual nations as opposed to regions comprising the organization, and an organization which has quickly became one of the premier defending organizations in NationStates,

REALIZING Unibot is the founder of Eastern Islands of Dharma, which has developed into the premier WA-centric region of NationStates and home to numerous resolution authors,

APPLAUDING the many scholarly works emnating from Unibot, including an analysis of NationStates generations, a refurbished document containing advice to budding nation creators regarding achieving a certain World Census category, and a list of common prayers to the almighty god of our humble multiverse, violet,

BELIEVING that with all the accomplishments of Unibot, a commendation is long overdue,

Condemn Anthony Delasanta

ABOMINATING Anthony Delasanta's extreme loathing of the religion that is Islam and its many members,

UTTERLY ASTOUNDED at the numerous international crimes committed by Anthony Delasanta against Muslims in its own country and in foriegn countries that it has no connections with whatsoever, that violate General Assembly Resolution number 38, Convention Against Genocide, which Anthony Delasanta was at that time legally obliged to obey, such as:

• Building thousands of death camps in the nation of Hebenia in an attempt to destroy their Muslim population and overthrow their government,
• Exterminating over a hundred million Muslims, who were from Anthony Delasanta, all in a matter of days,
• Unjustly declaring war on United arab sultanate, presumably because of their Muslim operated government,

HORRIFIED by Anthony Delasanta's refusal to trade with the now nonexistent nation of Reardasia, one of its region-mates, then invading it for no apparent reason, then forcefully absorbing Reardasia and taking control of its military,

APPALLED at Anthony Delasanta's use of its newly acquired state to perform terrorist attacks at a peace conference with New Korongo,

DETESTING Anthony Delasanta's abuse of power during its delegate reign in its home region of Ganar, citing the following actions as abuses of power:

• Establishing a communist flag for the region, despite the wishes of the founder,
• Banning the nations of Schulzeyland and Secretivemilly from Ganar, presumably because they had joined Vaalbara, which at the time was the region's mortal enemy,
• Suppressing any opinions that would cause a shift in delegate power away from Anthony Delasanta,

ACKNOWLEDGING Anthony Delasanta to be one of the most influential supporters of the coup on Vaalbara led by East Weidmanland, which was responsible for the ejection of an astoundingly high percentage of the region's natives,

DISGUSTED by Anthony Delasanta's use of ethnic cleansing as a legitimate political decision to inspire its citizens to work,

OUTRAGED by Anthony Delasanta's openness in the selling of two million of its Jewish population, including the women and children, to other nations as a mean for slave labor, as if they were mere objects or possessions, rather than the real people that they are,

BELIEVING that it be in the World Assembly's best interest to stifle these unbearably appalling, racist actions by condemning them and the nation that carried out such condemnable actions,

HEREBY Condemns Anthony Delasanta.

Recognizing that on February 25th, Amen Ra seized the delegacy with help from other invaders,

Aware that over 60 endorsements were counted on the delegate, with the vast majority coming in after the raid transpired,

Cognizant that Catholic was password protected by Amen Ra on February 27th, a mere two days later,

Believing that all native communities have the right to control the freedom of movement across their regional borders and to adminstrate their region; the regional sovereignty of Catholic has been greatly infringed upon via the actions that transpired in this raid,

Understanding that a foreign authority has abused the powers of the World Assembly by imposing a password on the region of Catholic,

Recognizing that said password threatens the existence of the regional community, and thus the World Assembly should remedy this abuse of its adminstrative powers,

Argument: The World Assembly,

BELIEVING that violent hate crimes are detestable and condemnation-worthy,

FURTHER BELIEVING that any nation or region that the World Assembly condemns should be a profound if not epitomic example of a truly abominable influence,

NOTING that almost all documentations of Anthony Delasanta’s activity are extremely brief and lack enough detail to be considered credible by an organization as official as the World Assembly,

EMPLOYING, as an example of the aforementioned concern, the notion that Anthony Delasanta was able to annihilate “over a hundred million Muslims … in a matter of days” from within its own population,

DISCERNING that Anthony Delasanta’s claims to have committed such an act are accompanied by very little detailed documentation, that the slaughter of over one hundred million people in a matter of days is practically impossible unless massively destructive forces (which would not be readily or realistically available to the nation of Anthony Delasanta at the time) were employed, and that, at the time this feat was supposedly accomplished, 100 million people would have been a vast portion of the nation’s population and, because of their sheer numbers, would have been a formidable adversary to those attempting to exterminate them,

DETERMINING that, based on how utterly absurd this claim is and based on how little quality evidence of its occurrence actually exists, it could not have played out in this exact fashion and is perhaps a trumped up or entirely false claim made by the government of Anthony Delasanta,

BELIEVING that Anthony Delasanta’s decisions as delegate of Ganar are hardly worth condemning; establishing a flag that the founder disagreed with is a petty thing to condemn, banning nations affiliated with an enemy region (which is also, consequentially, the region in which the author of this condemnation resides) is fairly typical and not necessarily something to frown upon, and suppressing messages which may threaten a delegate’s position is very common,

FURTHER NOTING that those in direct control of the government of Fischistan and those in direct control of the government of Anthony Delasanta are closely connected and suspecting this condemnation of being an opportunistic stunt pulled by the government of Fischistan to forward the nation’s own private interests,

CONDLUDING that, since the documentation of Anthony Delasanta’s actions is so horrendously flawed and cannot be considered accurate by the World Assembly, since Anthony Delasanta’s actions as delegate of Ganar are not outrageous, and since this condemnation is tainted by a potentially partisan and petty agenda due to the connection between the author and the target, the condemnation must be struck from the World Assembly’s records,

HEREBY REPEALS the condemnation of Anthony Delasanta.

Condemn Automagfreek

Recognizing Automagfreek as one of the most destructive and violent nations present in international incidents since its creation on March 24th, 2003,

Bearing in mind that Automagfreek often threatens nations for trivial reasons. Automagfreek blatantly threatened to “smash all that [Prekonate] held dear into total ruin” and later invaded Prekonate after receiving a diplomatic message it found “disrespectful”; similar threats were made against Kulverint and Sharfghotten,

Further bearing in mind that Automagfreek has threatened to destroy members of organizations for sharing the same name as organizations it has founded (i.e., NATO, NWO) and threatened other bidders in a United Gordonopia oil field auction,

Recalling that Automagfreek often declares war simply for the purpose of human sacrifice (often demanding an absurd number of sacrifices, e.g. “ten billion souls”) for its god of war,

Noting with regret that Automagfreek has taken a violent stance against Christianity domestically and internationally; (1) Automagfreek has ordered local Christian priests to be mutilated with swords or dragged by vehicles through urban areas, (2) Automagfreek invaded Free Missouri because of the widespread practice of Christianity within the nation, (3) Automagfreek involved itself with the Nordic Civil War to commit genocide against a Christian uprising,

Shocked by Automagfreek’s brutal torture of Father David Marcellus, a Freekish Christian leader, and of Queen Cecilia of British Londinium in the nation’s infamous torture chamber, “The Halls of the Dead;” Reports suggest that Queen Cecilia’s skull was displayed on a stake in front of the Freekish Great Hall and her body ground into dog food,

Disgusted by Automagfreek’s “Flesh for Fuel” program that used dead enemy soldiers to fuel Automagfreek military vehicles,

Understanding that the unjustified invasion of Sharfghotten was regarded as a way for Gholgoth, Automagfreek’s region, to “re-assert itself as an international powerhouse” and was deemed “The Great Crusade”,

Recognizing that Automagfreek has attempted to dominate smaller nations through the establishment of the Brimstone Pact, which, through its deceptive and devious wording and hierarchical system (designed to keep smaller nations bound by the Pact but out of its administrative positions), organized a large group of superpowers to defeat smaller imperialist nations and attempted to force new alliances to register in order to keep them within the superpowers' sphere of influence,

Mindful of the fact that, for similar reasoning, Automagfreek targeted commercial and civilian maritime traffic in and threatened to rain “suffering and death” upon member nations of “The United League of Nations” (ULN), an alliance of seventy-seven smaller nations dedicated to mutual defence, providing disaster relief, and combating terrorism,

Convinced that the history of Automagfreek as led by its “Supreme Warlord” is full of needless warmongering and genocidal activity that reveals two overarching motifs in Automagfreek’s behavior: a need to assert and continually reaffirm its superiority through bloodshed and violent religious beliefs,

Hereby Condemns Automagfreek.

RECOGNIZING the nations of Justice4Islam, The Kaaba, and Iron bark as having been under the control of raider nation and former delegate of NAZI EUROPE, "Oh My Days," when they were used to pass this resolution,

NOTING that the actions of Oh my days corrupted the good intentions of the nations which passed the liberation, which supposedly sought to protect it from foreign forces that threatened the region members' rights as an independent community,

BELIEVING that, if Islam is to be truly “liberated” from all threats to its security and is to build a stable and legitimate community, the region must have the capability to lock itself down and refound to attain a new, “native” founder nation and to free itself from its inactive founder nation which was controlled and subsequently (and deliberately) eliminated by Oh My Days,

THANKFUL that Oh My Days did not claim the region in the name of NAZI EUROPE when the region was refounded, though noting that, if Oh My Days was to restore the nation which refounded Islam and take control of it once again, Oh My Days could demolish the region entirely or use it for the nation’s own agenda,

AWARE that members of the region have unsuccessfully attempted to repeal this liberation in the past and seeking to achieve for them what they wanted but were unable to attain,

HEREBY REPEALS “Liberate Islam.”

FURTHER OBSERVING that an international organization, OMG INC, was created to allow for the largest share holder, and thus controller of power, to be a single nation representative of the entire world which would be answerable to the desires of the world,

CLARIFYING that OMG INC was managed in a manner of 'one nation, one vote' and made decisions based on the votes of all nations willing to cast a ballot, not just those controlling the shares,

NOTING that the nation of The NationStates Community was the chosen representative of OMG INC by democratic election due to the belief the name represented the community of nation states OMG INC hoped to achieve,

FURTHER NOTING that many of a significant portion of the world backed The NationStates Community and OMG INC,

ACKNOWLEDGING that the original owner the communications company praised OMG INC and The NationStates Community for its efforts and world-wide, democratic ideals,

FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGING that said original owner then changed the conditions of the share offering and trade their shares to the The NationStates Community in order to give The NationStates community the position of largest shareholder,

RECOGNIZING that it would be impractical to commend all nations involved within OMG INC and a commendation would be better served being given to their own chosen representative,

BELIEVING that the goal of a democratic organization representing the nations of the world in business affairs is a commendable goal which coincides with the purpose of the Security Council and the World Assembly as a whole,

AWARE that Region of Reunited Muslim States was a peaceful region of about 120 nations with 13 endorsements on the delegate,

NOTING that on 29 April of 2012, the nation of Talgud seized the delegacy of the region Region of Reunited Muslim States, also known as RORMS,

UNDERSTANDING that Talgud is a member-nation of the notorious raider region The Black Riders, which has a history of leaving a large, damaging footprint on the regions it invades, often holding a region for more than a week at a time, closing all of the region's embassies, and banning many natives,

COGNIZANT of the fact that Talgud has closed all 111 embassies that RORMS had at the time of the invasion, and established an embassy with The Black Riders in that region, a symbolic move to alienate RORMS from the rest of the world,

SADDENED by the fact that Talgud has banned over 80 nations from RORMS, many of which are innocent natives uninvolved with the invasion,

REALISING that an invisible password has been put on RORMS, which bars any ejected natives from re-entering their home region,

AWARE that these natives have expressed their desire to return to their region and have subsequently gathered in the region of RORMS,

CONCLUDING that if the Security Council does not immediately take swift and forceful action, RORMS will remain a colony of the Black Riders,

HEREBY Liberates Region of Reunited Muslim States.

APPALLED that the forces of the GGR pretended to be natives of said region while building up a stockpile of influence that they would later use to their advantage in order to rapidly password protect the region,

NOTING that on the twenty-ninth of March, 2012, Grand Britain and Northern Ireland, a secret member-nation of the GGR, seized the delegacy of The United Kingdom of Great Britain away from the native delegate, Helertia,

UNDERSTANDING that The United Kingdom of Britain once had at least 34 native nations residing in it,

ACKNOWLEDGING the fact that the natives of The United Kingdom of Britain have been barred from their home region by an invisible password, and that now only 4 of the region's former non-GGR natives reside in it,

REALISING that unless action is taken to remove the password of The United Kingdom of Great Britain, the region is destined to die a long, slow death, eventually becoming a colony of the imperialist GGR,

Recognising the ceased status of the founder nation within The United Kingdom of Britain and the brief capture and passwording of the region by The Greater German Reich (GRR),

Applauding the liberation for increasing the prominence of this issue which has led to international pressure on GGR,

Noting that the GGR, who previously occupied the region, were defeated by a coalition organised by The Land of Kings and Emperors prior to the passage of Resolution #89, "Liberate the United Kingdom of Britain," removing the password and returning peace to the region,

Realising that the liberation is no longer required as the region's protectors have restored peace to the region, and that the option of password protecting the region should be returned to the natives to allow for a community to reform,

Believing that all regions have the right to self determination when their issues have been resolved,

Hereby Repeals Security Council Resolution #89, "Liberate The United Kingdom of Britain."

RECOGNIZING that Kalasparata was condemned for being a threat to global peace, for disregarding human life, and for wantonly utilizing weapons of mass destruction,

ACKNOWLEDGING that the nation of Kalasparata ceased to exist after the World Assembly Security Council condemned it, and thus can no longer commit human rights violations, recklessly use weapons of mass destruction, or exist as a threat to global peace,

NOTING that, contrary to what Security Council Resolution #42 states, Kalasparata was never truly a formidable threat, insofar as its military and strategic arsenal was rather small in comparison to many of the world's nations,

FURTHER NOTING that the validity of the claims regarding Kalasparata's human rights violations and the scale of them are questionable, since these reports were often not confirmed by outside sources or made elsewhere other than in arguably biased factbooks and articles concerning national information,

REALIZING that the condemnation of Kalasparata fails to acknowledge the many positive aspects of Kalasparata's society, such as the fact that the government was fairly liberal and democratic,

BELIEVING that resolutions that are outdated, misleading and superfluous deserve to be repealed,

HEREBY REPEALS the condemnation of Kalasparata.

Condemn Milograd

Infuriated that Milograd has since implemented policies that not only contradict the principles of this assembly, but intensify the greviances commited towards Milogradian citizens to the point of Dystopianism;

Identifying Dh'arco Rahavuhra Jukill, the leader of Milograd, as a sadistic dictator whose policies are limited to those that dramatically circumscribe the rights of his citizens,

Appalled that Dh'arconian Thought involves the extermination of what Dh'arconians consider as inferior races - specifically non-white/Caucasians, and non-Dh'arconians - as well as the radically xenophobic policies that led Milograd to implement the following measures:

• A ban on immigration and travel within its borders,
  
  
• The genocide of Milograd's entire black population,
  
  
• A policy in which all acts of procreation must be approved by the Milogradian Ministry of Birth - all authorized procreation participants (APPs) are paired through a supercomputer, the purpose of which being to determine which pairs of individuals will create the most "genetically pure" offspring;

Observing the Milogradian "Equality Initiative" as a form of destructive social engineering, in which all individuals are forced into total equality - including behavioral, physical, and mental equality, thus removing any sort of individuality among Milogradians;

Condemning Milograd's policy regarding coerced fetal terminations during the early stages of the Dh'arconian regime - this practice was eventually replaced by coerced sterilization and strict procreations policies;

Further Condemning Dh'arconian Order #1459, which created a system by which children are assigned duties at birth, and are subsequently confiscated from their parents - such duties included both slavery and forced breeding;

Deploring Milograd's forced displacement of its entire non-urban population - seven years after the Dh'arconian Order #995, Milograd's entire population had been forcibly displaced to an urban area;

Disgusted by the Milogradian "public schooling" system, in which Milogradian youths are virtually brainwashed into subscribing to the Dh'arconian Thought process;

Decrying the Milogradian campaign against Vbingvan, which ended in the total annihilation of Vbingvan's entire military and civilian population;

Truly horrified by "Project Caldrunisk," an experiment carried out by the Milogradian regime that introduced an extremely potent form of mind-control that reduced the populace of Milograd to mindless puppets of the state, to the point where independent thought is non-existent;

Believing Milograd's total disregard for the environment (primarily through its disposal of toxic waste) as being both irresponsible and deplorable, resulting in the destruction of countless Gholgothic ecosystems;

Acknowledging what may be Milograd's most egregious violation of sapient rights - the Anti-Relationship Commandment - which outlaws any form of emotional relationships between individuals; the punishment for non-compliance with the commandment is a form of death-inducing torture in which the violator is repeatedly submerged into magma, starting with the lower body, and progressively submerging the violator until the individual is totally submerged;

Contending that such violations warrant a condemnation in the strongest of terms;

Hereby Condemns Milograd.
