ROYALTY INTERNATIONAL
THE EMPEROR AND THE PRINCESS

FOURTEEN MONTHS AFTER THE EVENTS OF 'Paradise Found'

The life of a princess was one of various business. You were a motivational speaker, you were a media scapegoat. You were a symbol of power, and a symbol of a nation. You were a supernatural being, but you were always a person. Being an emperor, you were so much more. Being together and of different nations, time was difficult to find.

Princess Talia was fifth-in-line to the New Hayesalian throne. With a standout smile and medium-length blonde hair, she stood as a rather strikingly pretty woman with a deep love for skydiving. Emperor Zellan III Destroniki was Zellatian head of state, a man of supernatural standing as a descendent of Zell. His two children were well-mannered, but he was a unfortunately a single father- his wife having sadly passed away.

However, one warm day in Watrova, New Hayesalia, had aligned the two royals. The events had proceeded rapidly with the help of a dozen or so mango daiquiris, and the morning after was actually a gateway to something bigger.

FARIN VALLEY, PILTOMANA

The lush rainforests of Piltomana were ones which quickly turned coniferous and moved into some of the New Hayesalian mainlands snowy ranges- the Amulap Ranges. There was a standing part to this land. A small resort, a group of wooden huts so secluded the only way in or our was by helicopter.

The valley was amazing. The green fields were lush, as deep and vividly green as grapevines. The grass was uniform, the terrain iself almost waves. Mountains stood on either side, and on cloudy days the sun shone down into the valley from one visible direction. In dips in these waves, trees grew in uniformly long, thin lines. Walking tracks led to a river, and everything was remarkably... open. The air was moist, fresh. The temperature was cool- not so low as to call it cold, but cool enough to warrant bringing a light jacket.

Today was one of those sweet, sweet days. And today, the walking tracks could see a couple dressed for cooler weather trodding down one of the long walking trails to the river. The river itself was clear- you could easily look into the water and see the bottom below. There was no beach- the grass simply dived, cleanly, into the water.

The couple were the royals. The couple were Zellan and Talia, on a morning stroll in the clouded valley. The jumpers they wore kept them warm, but for Zellan it meant more than that. The two finished the half hour walk to the river hand in hand, talking about everything they could think of. The conversation was natural, intimiate, sincere... loving. It was quite textbook, and it meant the time together was special.

As they arrived, Zellan stopped talking. It was 7:22am, and in one minute the sun would rise. The Zellatian took the New Hayesalians other hand, and brought her towards him. And he began to spoke- nervously, at first- but with such drive to say it that it seemed to freeze all time and space around them. They were in this country of billions of people... and at this moment, only the two really existed. Of course; Zellan's formal accent remained well in place.

"Talia... I am a man of love to you. You are my partner, you are the essence of my love, the ether which keeps me alive. I find myself indebted to you, as a most gracious woman and one which I admire and wish to forever hold alongside me. You are my love. And Talia, as the sun rises on this island, where nobody treads this moment, I ask you only one thing."

He bent down to his knee, and brought a velvet box from the inside of his jacket.

"Will you marry me?"

Until the Zellatian bent down with the box in and, Talia had been thrown off-guard- what was the occasion? Now she understood with immense clarity. And the feeling overwhelmed her.

Never before in her life had Princess Talia Granville I been truly speechless. And now, that had been shattered in it's entirity. She simply dropped to him, as the sun rose, and whispered a faint yes, as she embaraced him and kissed him lovingly.

She didn't stop holding him until the sun had rose completely.

LONG LIVE THE QUEEN- LONG LIVE NEW HAYESALIA.
COMPATIENS, LIBERA, ET CONTUMAX

While it is well within the knowledge from media sources that Her Royal Highness Princess Talia Granville I and His Imperial Excellency Emperor Zellan III Destroniki have been engaged to wed. They proposed in the New Hayesalian Province of Piltomana a few days ago, and plan to wed in a few months.

Under guidance of the couple, they have invited many foreign dignitaries to the ceremony at the park of the Zellatian Embassy in Port Eastgate, Montmaray, New Hayesalia. The park is well-sized to host hundreds of people, however we must be conscious of spacing. Exact details are located on the attached document, however your government is invited to send a delegation of your government.

This joyous occassion is one which shall be witnessed by billions- and perhaps personally by yourself as a head of state.

Soon after that magical day had ended, Zellan, Emperor of Zellatia, returned home. He had to tell his kids after all that they were going to have a new mother. Soon after his plane landed at the airport near the palace, the Emperor pratically jumped for joy as he ran down the steps of to the tarmac with the largest smile he had ever had. Of course, there was someone waiting for him there.

"I take it everything went well, Emperor?", said Grand Admiral von Leone as the overjoyed monarch bumped into him. Zellan continued his smiled, "Sorry about that. Yes everything went well, without a single misstep. I know we need to talk about the new Crystal-Hider Tungsten shells, but I have new to talk to my children about". The grand admiral smiled, "Well then, I'll assume everything will continue as planned my Emperor, I will head to the new base in New Zellath for inspection. The city has already grown to around five million, you know sir. It always seems like there are new lands to explore, even in this modern era of satelites" and the military man walked away with a large grin.

Zellan, after ten minutes, arrived at the main palace complex where he knew his two children were waiting. They hadn't known what he was planning to do when he announced he'd be making a short visit to Wastrova again, but he hoped that they would enjoy the news as much as he did. His son, Zellath, had already turned 7 this year, and was growing tall. His daughter, Zelinara was nearing her sixth birthday, and was also getting taller quickly. She had already grown 5 inches in the last year alone.

When he arrived in their playroom, he was immediately tackled by both of them. Zellath spoke first, " We got daddy this time/1 Leonie didn't like us doing that and threw me on the play mat. It was fun though!" Zelinara giggled, "No he didn't, that was Garrie when he came to visit us. Leonie just laughed like he always does. Welcome back daddy!". Zellan smiled brightly, "Okay kids, I have a surprise for both of you. You remember Talia right? Well she's going to be your new mommy!". Both of the kids immediately screamed in delight, as if they had opened that game they always wanted but never expected to really get. Both of them tackled Zellan again and the family of three laughed and horsed around, glad that the family would soon have 4 members in it.

After a half hour of playing, the Emperor got up and called in their tutor, "Now kids, be good while I have to take care of some official business. Don't try to yank ol' Bizel's beard off again, okay?" Both of the young children giggled and with their hands behind their back, cross their fingers replied, "We won't".

After that, the Emperor was off. Perhaps Talia would give him a call.....

(I guess we be time skipping)

Emperor Zellan III Destroniki, lord of Zellatia and all of her provinces was more nervous now then he had been at any time of his life. First of all, he hadn't actually expected his romantic gesture to actually work, although he was immensely glad it did. Second of all, he only agreed for the ceremony to be held in New Hayesalia because his wife-to-be wanted to be married there, instead of Zellatia. She didn't want the ghost they had seen last time they had visited Arche, the holy burial city, crashing the party and scaring off the guests. Thirdly, this was his second marriage, and his first ceremony had been done by a military official, as the marriage took place during the Second Modern Zellatian Civil War. This marriage would be the first one of his broadcast on live TV and with ceremony. Fourth and Lastly, he was afraid that there would be an attempt on his life. However, all possibilities had in some way or another been dealt with.

As the Emperor sat in his limo, he thought about what would happen at the ceremony. One of his "best men" as it were had brought his throne along without telling him and he had just called about leaving it in the embassy, in full view of any who came in. It was Zellatia tradition, apparently, although he hadn't known this before the marriage, that any guest who sat in the chair just before and after his marriage could ask almost any favor to be fulfilled without reciprocity and be granted, within acceptable limits of course. No land would be given away, or sovereignty, but he was more then willing to give large gifts. It was Zellatian tradition after all, to refuse any gift given to him this day. Getting married amongst the royal line used to involve dozens of wives 50 years ago, and only with Zellan and his first marriage had this changed. Now, however, he had to wait. He was already ready for the ceremony, he just hoped Talia would be ready when it was time and not get cold feet.

As the limo stopped, he hopped out and straightened up his ceremonial robes. He soon walked up the steps and looked out. Most Zellatians weren't christian, nor was he for the matter, but he would be married by a priest. He just hoped the man or woman had an even temperment. If he was called a heretic even once by the holy man, he would get upset. As he walked into the park, he noted the throne on the far end, near the altar. After the ceremony he would likely be granting a ton of wishes, so he hoped that it wouldn't get out of hand. He was, of course, the first to arrive other then the priest, so he decided to wait in the hall way leading into the main part of the cathedral. It was Zellatian tradition to greet the bride at the door, but as there was no door to a park, he would greet them just before the walkway. He hoped that Talia would arrive soon. His children were also on their way, being escorted from a different airplane due to risks of assassination attempts against him. Should he die, his children would need to be safe.

Another thing he was currently fearing, aside from death, would be the attitudes of the two high ranked military men in the land, General Garr Destronikan and Grand Admiral Theodore von Leone. If either asked something innapropriate, he would have to fire them. And he really didn't want to do that.

OOC: Just noting that Talia is technically not religious like many New Hayesalians...

The park was a beautiful, lush green square with a large privancy fence which seems to shine in the light of the midday sun. It gave off a vivid white glow, and the embassy had been very highly trimmed for the occassion. The New Hayesalian and Zellatian flags flew at full-mast on top of the old, Gothic building many confused as a Cathedral. It was technically a Cathedral, but it had been refitted as an office and had been selected as an Embassy site for it's signifigance in the area, as opposed to the modern buildings around. A reflecting pool lay in front of it, the crystal-water being lightly disturbed by the wind.

Crowds had gathered in the outside area, and the police also were there. Lining the street they stood alongside Army honor guards from the 26th Legion's drill squad. They were armed with Ripper Mk2 rifles, a noted export of New Hayesalia and the New Hayesalian Military's main operational rifle- the PM had tried to make a few sales to the Zellatians. Of course, more security was needed. The Spetzgruppa Nachal'nik acted in association with teams from the Zellatian military to secure the area, armed with pistols, sub-machine guns, assault rifles, anti-personnel sniper rifles and even a couple of Roundshout grenade launchers- they weren't in sight however, despite maintaining a hawk-eye patrol.

New Hayesalian dignitaries were also a-plenty to the relatively small ceremony. They included the PM himself, Daniel Hayes, and his 9 months pregnant wife and guide dog, Talia's friends, and some instances of NH royalty- not including the Queen, however- the Monarch now maintained a relatively public-free lifestyle. The throne had been sat in by a couple of people- many a bottle of mango rum were going to be given today.

The princess herself was going to arrive shortly in a Foehn Motor Car- The One. The luxurious black limousine/car was a far cry from the carriages of old, but New Hayesalians did like a fancy car. Of course, this wouldn't be the only suprise for today.

Then, the moment. Around the corner the large, beautiful vehicle rolled around the corner. The windows were tinted, but Talia's face was still visible with a massive grin on her face. She was accompanied by one of her finest friends, Army Lieutenant Paul Romano, dressed in the formal Army uniform for the ocassion. Inside the car, the mood was of joy. It was Paul who had said before leaving "No matter what this guys tells ya, you're still my best mate." Of course, with Paul being openly gay there was no need for Zellan to worry- the guy was a frend only.

As the princess stepped out, the crowd began to scream in joy, the soldiers coming to attention, the tension rising. You could see the Zellatians face drop as she stood out- a white dress with some light sparkles, long enough to be practical but short enough to be beautiful, and with only enough frills to add some much-needed looks. It was amazing. Paul shook the Zellatians hand after saluting, and noted that he'd be the one taking her down the aisle.

The Emperor of Zellatia smiled as he shook the Lieutenant's hand. He spoke quickly, "No problem with that, Lieutenant. You should really take the chance after the wedding to sit on the throne, you could ask for pretty much anything within reason". As he listened for his answer, should he give it, he turned to Talia and smiled once more as he noted her beautiful wedding dress. He hadn't seen if before now, but it really looked special on her, as if she was born to be in it. After a moment, he snapped out of his daze and ran up to Talia, and grabbed her and twirled her in the air. After he put her down, he whispered into her ear, "I'd love to continue to be with you up until the ceremony, but I got to greet the guests". He smiled and kissed her on the cheek before walking down towards the limos where he greeted his friend and fellow leader, Prime Minister Hayes, where he congratulated him for the future baby, as well as saying hello to the guide dog. He of course also greeted Mr. Hayes' wife and continued down the line until he was by the road. He noted the military presence, and his fear of any sort of attack faded.

Soon, however, the first Zellatian guests arrived. First was the Grand Admiral, Theodore von Leone. The big man who stood at 6'7, with his bronze skin and flaming red hair, with a touch of grey, greeted the Emperor, "Sir, it is an honor to actually see your marriage ceremony this time. I was able to delegate the weeks military drills to my old second, Admiral Zelunderson. Remember when he was my aid during the fight against those insurgents in... Oh boy. I don't remember the name of the country. I must really be slipping. Ah well, probably just a brain blank. Good luck old boy, you'll need it. I hear the Princess will kick your ass if you try anything silly before the ceremony". The Emperor slowly turned around to see if Talia was looking angry, but the Grand Admiral chuckled as he did so, "Don't be a sad sack, I was just kidding. Everything will be fine, calm down. My first few weddings weren't anywhere near as exciting as yours, so I'm sure nothing will come of any possible threat. Believe me, I've already checked. It would be really hard for anything bad to happen today". The Grand Admiral and his entourage then went up into the park, and the Emperor waited for the next group to arrive.

Soon, after a few more minutes, another limo pulled up. As soon as it opened, his two children jumped out, as well as his two younger siblings. While his two younger brothers had been alive during the most recent civil war, they had been barely out of diapers during it. The older of the two, Prince Zaspin walked up to his older brother, "I'm glad you allowed us here big brother. I really hope everything goes well for you today. I've heard a couple bad rumors, but i'm sure nothing will come of them, considering how formidable these New Hayesalians look. Heck, if this wasn't your wedding I probably wouldn't be here. I'll take my niece and nephew inside, Gorzell wants to talk to you". The Emperor's youngest brother, Prince Gorzell, then stepped up as the other prince struggled with Zellan's children. "Older brother, I have a few questions. Why don't you visit more often? I know you don't have much free time because of all the stuff regarding the country and everything, but me and Zaspin get lonely in Tigropolis. I know you have us there for our safety, but it's nearly been a decade since the war. I doubt anyone is thinking about installing either of us on the throne. Either way, we don't want it anyways. So... can we come back to Zellton? Please?". Zellan grimaced as he heard his younger brother whine, "I... wish I could. The only way I can imagine it happening is using the throne. It's not really a decision I wanted in the first place. You know that. But it was in father's will, and that can only be invalidated if you use the throne. Use it while you can, I really want you to. Okay?" Prince Gorzell frowned, nodded his head, kicked the dust at his feet, and jumped onto Zellan. As Zellan fell over, the young prince began to cry hysterically. Prince Zaspin, being the older of the two, could barely contain his own tears as he dragged off the youngest of the three brothers to the ceremony grounds.

Taking the oppurtunity, Zellan's two children, Prince Zellath and Princess Zelinara, grabbed the Emperor's legs and said together, " See you at the ceremony daddy. We'll make sure our uncles don't cry too much". The two giggled and ran off towards the seats near the altar, Zellan brushing himself off as the limo carrying his progeny and his brothers drove off.

The next limosine to pull up opened quickly as High General Garr Destronikan and his entourage poured out and moved exactly in front of the Emperor. Garr himself started to speak soon after his bodyguards finished pouring out of the limo. "Emperor Zellan, it is my honor to be here at your wedding this time around. I hope this is the most special day of your life. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to add my men to the guards here at the ceremony. We got confirmation of a strange man sited nearby. I apologize for my brief speech here, but I really got to get moving". And as quickly as he arrived, the General left and began barking orders here and there.

The last limo to arrive held the rest of his cabinet, including the foreign minister, Geadus Lindamere. As soon as the others headed to the altar, after a quick greeting of course, he spoke up, "I am so happy you are cementing this alliance- I mean marriage- today. I feel really safe here for once, I haven't had to bring out my hankerchief at all today. I think this will be a no sweat day, hehe, and I really hope you two find happiness. Now, I've got to go to my seat, my wife seems to have somehow arrived before me".

Zellan finally finished greeting the last of the guests shortly after that, and he began to get into position for the ceremony. He had never been quite so happy to be at a park, or any place for that matter, as he was right now. He only wished his father was here. "Dad.....I wish you could see this. I know you were happy with my girlfriend at the time you ...died... but here I am at a different ceremony then the first, and I can't help but wonder what happened to you....", he thought as he arrived at the start point for the ceremony. He only hoped today would go smoothy.

The ceremony had begun. The suited and uniformed people in the park embassy politely spoke, light refreshments being paraded around on platters by waiters, including Talia's favorite mango daiquiri. Eventually the Master Of Ceremonies, Captain Paul as he was called, took over the mic. It was hard job- the Chief of Air Force and some of the highest Zellatian military minds being present. He certainly hoped his uniform was up to scratch. But it wasn't about them.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please take your seats for the start of ceremonies which will begin in just a few minutes."

The various guests took seats in white wooden chairs, under the shade of tropical trees. Zellan himself was looking nervous, and it was only a short while until the procession began to an orchestral masterpiece played on expertly hidden speakers. It was lovely music. Bridesmaid after bridesmaid, until out came the radiantly glowing Princess Talia (OOC: 1:49). Guests stood, rapt by her appearence as she smiled dramatically, happily being led into by the MC and best friend Captain Paul.

As Talia came to the end of the walkway, she gave Paul a quick hug and he took his place off to the side. And now the real deal began.

The delegation of 15 senators and 45 knights from the Senate and People of (Late Republican) Rome are intrigued by this whole royal menagerie. While Rome overthrew her kings more than two thousand years ago, Rome was not the sort of state that imposed its system of government on others. It respected their mos maiorum as well as its own.

The head of the commission, the consul Marcus Terentius Varro Maximus, had sternly warned his colleagues that any incidents "would reflect poorly upon our beloved Republic and the Gods would frown upon us all". He solicited and received a sacred vow by nameless and faceless Gods to uphold "the highest standards of protocol and etiquette". The knights had sworn as well. Such oaths were held as extremely sacrosanct and inviolable.

So there they stand, erect and proud in their togas, 60 prominent Romans of the First Class, ready to salute and honor the new couple.

The patriarchy only exists in the same way as Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy. It's a fairy tale.

An announcer at the opposite side of the wedding area from the initial announcer started the festivities, "I'd like to welcome all of our esteemed guests from around the world who are here tonight. The wedding ceremony will start after the following display, which we are proud to present. The Zellatian-Tigarian fireworks company worked hard to get this exactly right, so enjoy the display!"

Although it was day time, the fireworks that started were oddly visible. First went up a wall of blackness, which hung up in the air even after the rocket that had launched it fizzles out. From there, several more fireworks shot up and exploded into a shower of green and yellow, in the formation of the Zellatian Star and the Hayesalian Sun. After a few seconds of the shapes being seen, they faded as another series of rockets were launched, this time sparkling every color of the rainbow as the flew up into the sky, and finally exploded into a bunch of white lights. Surprisingly, the white didn't completely fade, with the black background now showing to have what looked like stars in it.

Next, a series of rockets shot up and formed a brown bottom area, as well as a thin blue strip above it on the black smoky background. After this, more of the fireworks shot up into the air and more shapes arrived on the blackness, showing a house, and a figure with two smaller figures, obviously the Emperor and his family. After this, more fireworks shot up into the air, erasing the newly smoked up areas and replacing them with a long car, a limosine, and a figure staring out of it, with an obvious frown. This was the Emperor again. After that, more fireworks shot up into the sky, making what appeared to be a resteraunt by the beach, along with the inside portions, recreated as best as possible through usage of the fireworks. Next it showed the Emperor meeting another figure, the Princess.

After that, more fireworks erased most of the scenes and once more showed the beach scene, but this time the Princess was there too. More and more fireworks erased and built up scene after scene of the courtship between the two figures, as through a several month period. Then, it climaxed with the proposal in the hills, with the sun rising over a peak. Then, loud instruments trumpeted and the whole piece just fell away, much to great applause.

The announcer began again, "Wasn't that great, now onto the main event that we've all been waiting for!"

Wedding music began to play, and the bride began to be walked down the aisle by her friend Captain, Paul, with Zell smiling at the end, waiting for her to get to the other end of the aisle with his younger brother, Prince Zaspin.

(OOC: I'm gonna time-skip to the reception speeches. I don't really know what I'm doing.)

The ceremony had gone off with a hitch- that being the hitch of the two royals. Now it was official- Mrs. Talia Destroniki, Empress of Zellatia and Princess to the New Hayesalian Throne- and funnily, Mr Zellan III Destroniki, Emperor of Zellatia and Prince to the New Hayesalian Throne. Noth that he would permitted to take the throne.

The reception was taking place inside the very fancy pavillion on the coast, the Rockpool Cafe. Fully set out for the occasion, it sat on the pool that brought in seawater for the city to swim in free of marine life- next to the beach and looking out at a lovely setting sun. It was a considerable venue.

Security remained on alert, on an overlooking hill and the area around the place was largely shut off to the public. Inside the place, dinner had been had, an artistic dinner strong on mango and tropical foods, as well as some tasty Zellatian cuisine. So, now it was time for the speeches.

The MC and best friend, Captain Paul now stood and tapped his wine glas with his fork, signalling the start of speeches. At the head table, the bride and groom held hands, their best men and bridesmaids to their sides.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to give you all my thanks for joining us here tonight for..."

Pete quickly glanced at his palm, jokingly pretending to forget the couples name.

"... Zellan and Talia's wedding tonight."

Some laughter emitted from the crowd.

"Now, usually at this point I'd hand over the mic to Talia's father, but he did pass many years ago. But Talia, I can tell you if he was here he'd be incredibly proud of me. And you too, probably."

The audience laughed again, Talia alongside them.

"So, I'm going to hand over to Talia to give her speech now."

He handed over the mic, giving Talia a quick hug.

"Thanks Paul. You always were a clown. Well anyways, I expect many of you were wondering if we would ever get round to getting married - I know I was. Well it may have taken us what feels like a while but I'm delighted to be able to finally stand here as Zellan’s wife."

"But I am proud to be the newest Destoniki and I want to thank Zellan, Zellath and Zelinara for welcoming me into your family with open arms and for even letting me stay with you when my jetlag from hell got too much. And thanks to Paul. I'm a mate who’s stayed close to home and there's a reason for that - it means more free food, and Paul on hand to help solve household emergencies, like the time I called him from my mobile with my thumb stuck in a pipe gushing water all over the bedroom after we managed to pull the radiator off the wall."

"Thanks Dad, wherever you are, for giving me away. I’d like to also thank my friends, I’d like to thank for providing most of the free food and for always being on hand to help out with your furry children, also known as our dog Frank.
A massive thank you to my chief bridesmaid, Rosie. Thank you for smiling sweetly and for letting me borrow your beautiful and very well-behaved children! You all look gorgeous today and I am so pleased you could share our day. In fact, everyone who has helped us today deserves thanks - you all managed to follow your lists and schedules even though you probably wanted to rip them up!
Now, onto my husband. I'd like to thank Zellan for his earlier compliments and I would like to add how handsome he looks today. It means so much for me to be standing here as his wife. You are my favourite man in the world, the love of my life, my best friend and now you are my husband!"

"If it is true that men are like stars, with so many to pick from but only one who can make all your dreams come true, then Zellan is my one star and I can't wait for the rest of our dreams to come true. I'm almost done now, so thanks for bearing with me. Before I shut up I would just like to take some time to remember those who can't be with us today.
Some who couldn't get the time off, or for whom the distance was too far, and others who will be looking down on us, particularly all our grandparents who I know would have loved to be here. So if I could force you all to charge your glasses, I'd like to propose a toast to absent friends."

“Here here!” replied the crowd, in their toast.

"Very well spoken, Talia." said Paul, stealing back the mic. "So, it's up for the Emperor himself, the god Mr Destroniki to give us a speech now."

Zellan III Destroniki stood up as soon as he was gestured to. He smiled brightly and looked towards the people who were gathered here today who had all witnessed the wedding. Then, he began, "First of all, thank you Paul for MCing much of today's events. You have no idea how much it means to us that you were here today. Second, I'd like to thank my children and my younger brothers for behaving, except for you Zaspin. I knew you'd keep them in line, so thank you for that", as he mentioned Zaspin a laugh rang through the crowd, "I'd also like to thank my Cabinet for being here today. I hope you were able to get your undersecretaries to actually do their job for a change," more laughter ensued with that comment.

"Not only that, but I would like to thank the security provided by New Hayesalia and General Garr Destronikan. I haven't felt his safe in years. And finally, how could I forget the love of my life, Talia? Talia, the moment I met you I could feel the connection we were going to have. You were a rose hidden from sight until I finally found you. You are the most beautiful woman in the world, I wouldn't trade you for all the money and power in the world. Tonight will not only be the night that I gain a wife, but also the night I get an Empress. Talia, this speech makes it official, you are the Empress of Zellatia. I'd like to also thank my father, although he has passed on, for protecting me til the end. Wherever he is now, I hope he is happy. In addition, I'd like to thank you all for putting up with me for this speech, and I am happy you all could make it. May all the stars in the sky, and all of your ancestors smile upon you all!".

With that, he handed Paul the mic and sat back down, awaiting the start of the dinner. He looked toward the sky and smiled, before feeling a hand on his shoulder. The man was not looking at him, but tapped him encouragingly on the shoulder, and walked away.
