You do need an honorable mention award.

And how about an award for the person who received the most nominations - all in several different categories so he/she didn't have enough in any one category to win - the Most Scattered Award. (this, of course, would not be in the actual voting categories, but would be determined by the vote tabulator)

A sportsmanship award would be good.
