Need help with flag

I am trying to change my flag and I can't seem to do so. It is not saying a message or anything. Any one care to help?
Damn it, right after I go about and remove the Nazi Apple/Microsoft flags.

I had two opportunities this time and I blew both, I have no hope.-Rhodmhire

There's no need to bump so soon.

Could you say what format and how big the file is? Just to make sure it doesn't violate the rules on flags:
# in PNG, GIF, or JPEG (.jpg) format
# about 107x71 pixels in size
# no larger than 12KB

make a flag, save it as .png or similar, then go into the folder you saved it in and check to see how large it is?

and if it's larger than 12KB, make it smaller and resave it?
