The Secretariat of Foreign Relations of the United States of Murcielago is pleased to announce that, as of this day, November 19, 2011, our Nation is formally opening its doors to the international community. We seek integration into the fraternity of nation-states, so that we may develop relations of amity, commerce, and goodwill with all nations that desire the same. Our foreign policy revolves around the following premises: Complete non-intervention in the internal affairs of foreign states; the pacific settlement of contentious matters arising between states; and neutral, friendly relations with all foreign states, regardless of ideology, economic system, domestic politics, or culture.

All nations interested in establishing diplomatic relations with Murcielago are invited and encouraged to set up an embassy in our country. Our guidelines are simple. So long as your prospective ambassador agrees to abide fully by our laws and refrain from interfering, directly or indirectly, in the political life of the country, he or she will be warmly welcomed.

We ask that all prospective ambassadors complete the following application for review by the Secretariat of Foreign Relations. Once the application has been approved by the latter, you may send your prospective ambassador to deliver his credentials to the President of the Republic.
