EDIT: Seriously, though, the fact that the girl at work isn't "the one" makes it easier to ask her out. Just invite her for coffee so the two of you can get to know each other. If she says she's not interested then that's that, if she's keen then you can meet up and you can work out whether you want to have a relationship once you know a bit more about her.

No, you're in like with them. You're a kid. You've got a lot of growing and maturing to do, so have fun while you're doing it. Simple answer - ask one out. See how it goes. You may very well be fretting over nothing. One might not be keen on the idea. Hell, neither one might. You've known one only a few days? Yeesh.
